A Bit of Fun

"This is going to be great." Gabe whispered.

"I still don't see how this is fun or amusing." Cas said.

"Don't worry, Cas. It'll be hilarious." I assure. Gabe and I were stifling laughter, while Cas was just standing in the corner. Not a good hiding spot, but, it'll do. I managed to make him invisible, and Gabe, being the shorty he is, hid in behind the bathroom door. I clung to the roof, my long raven colored hair magically pressed to my back to keep it from hanging and foiling the plan. Sam and Dean began to stir. Let the fun begin. I thought. I silently dropped to the floor, and hid one of the beds.

First, I magically joined them together, to make a double bed. Dean and Sam snuggled closer together. I quietly chuckled, covering my mouth. Next, I moved the table near Cas' hiding corner, and magicked a burger on it. That'll lead Dean there. Now for Sam. I moved Sam's laptop to the floor next to the bathroom door. I jumped, sticking myself to the roof again. Done. Now all we have to do, is wait.

The sun rose, and Dean was the first to wake. He opened his eyes, and saw himself clinging to Sam.

"BLOODY HELL!!" He shouted, waking Sam.

"What the...?" Sam questioned, also confused.

"I thought I told you not to-" Dean stopped short, realizing none of us were visible. Crap. I forgot to do the illusions. I thought. Quickly, I made Gabe, Cas and I appear to walk in the door.

"Sorry guys, we went to deal with a problem." Fake me said. Dean nodded, and spotted the burger on the table.

"Who's is this?"

"Yours. Cas got it for you." Dean looked at fake Cas, his eyes twinkling.

"Thanks, Cas." He walked over to the burger, and started eating.

"Well, I'm going to do some more research." Sam said.

"Now, where's my laptop?" He spotted it near the door, and picked it up. He turned around to walk back over to the bed.

"Now!" I mind linked to Cas and Gabe. Cas reappeared and tapped Dean's shoulder. Dean turned around, fake Cas disappeared, and the real Cas hugged him. Next, Gabe walked up to the oblivious Sam, and kissed him, clinging to his back. Fake Gabe disappeared. Lastly, fake me disappeared and I jumped down. Dean and Sam turned to me, irritated, but not angry.

"SHADOW!!" They shouted in unison. Gabe and I laughed, but Cas did something totally unexpected. He KISSED Dean. On the mouth. I fake gagged, and Gabe and Sam just stared. Dean looked at Cas, surprise written all over his face. With that, Cas disappeared.

"Oh boy." I said. I mind linked myself to Cas.

"Where are you?" No response.

"Fine. I'll have to use the hard way." I looked through his mind, which was painful since he was trying to keep me out. He was in a nearby forest in a clearing. I teleported myself there. He was sitting on a fallen tree.

"Cas? What's wrong?" He didn't answer. Cautiously, so he didn't run off again, I sat next to him.

"Cas? Please, tell me what's the matter. You don't normally run off without telling someone first, or in a fit of terror." He said nothing still. He turned his face to me, and he had tears running down. He enveloped me in a hug. He continued crying, and the whole time, I sat there, soothing him. When he stopped, he cleared his throat.

"Sorry."

"You have no reason to apologize, Cas. You did nothing wrong."

"I was crying. Like an infant. I'm supposed to be the one supporting you, not the other way round." I sighed. He still was same old Castiel.

"Look, it's okay to cry, no matter how old you are. Besides, you were upset and you needed comfort. I wasn't about to just leave you to be sad without comfort. Besides, remember, we are technically twins."

"True." We were quiet for a few minutes.

"Dean hates me now, huh?"

"What? No. Why would you think that?"

"I kissed him. Now he probably thinks I'm stupid."

"Cas, I told you, he likes you."

"Yeah, but only as a friend."

"No. He-alright. I'll put it in another perspective. He loves you. He just doesn't want to admit it."

"How can you be sure?"

"Ask him yourself, if you don't believe me."

"I can't."

"Come on. I'll be with you, if you want." He smiled at me, and I smiled back.|

"Okay. Thanks, Shadow."

We teleported back to the motel. Dean was sitting on the bed, and Sam and Gabe were no where to be seen. Dean looked up, and his face lit up when he saw Cas.

"Are you okay, Cas?" Cas looked at me for help. I nodded at him. He got the message. Say it before  you chicken out.

"I'm okay. Look, Dean, can I talk to you?"

"Sure Cas. What is it?"

"Well, I...what I'm trying to say is...I like you...a lot, actually."

"Really?"

"Yes. I can understand if you don't feel the same, but-"

"Cas, I've wanted to tell you something for quite a while now...uh...Damn, I'm no good at this chick flicky shit...I like you too." Cas' eyes shone at Dean's words.

"You do?"

"Of course, you silly angel." I smiled to myself.

"I'm going to give you guys some privacy." I left the room, and returned to the clearing where I found Cas.
