Jess Lockwood had always had a huge crush on his best friend Cooper Davis's sister but Cooper had never wanted them together and made sure that Maci stayed away from Jess, but little did cooper know that his sister also had a major crush on Jess. Against Coopers best judgement Maci was going to try to per sue a relationship with Jess. This was going to hurt Cooper bc he didn't want to see his sister get hurt and that's all he felt like Jess would do to her.  But Maci was stuck in a relationship with 24 year old bull rider Derek Kolbaba
Maci's pov
Cooper I still don't understand why you won't introduce us to each other he's so hot don't you want me to be happy...
Cooper's POV
I just don't think you'd get along Your very different and Jess is a big time flirt and anyways I told you I would set you up with Derek not Jess, yeah but Jess is hotter she spits back. Maci always had to be difficult about these things it's been set in stone since birth that she was supposed to get married to Derek he had always been in love with her and I like the idea of them being together rather than her and Jess, I know Jess had made a few attempts to slide into her dm and stuff but I'd always make sure that she didn't know and I'd delete them I felt bad doing this to her but I just know that Derek was the one for her. She was dating him but I feel like she wanted to leave him and let sue Jess, she's only 20 so was Jess, Derek's 24 she always says he's too old but honestly what does 4 Years matter. I was in a thought until my wife came in from the store holding my son Mack he's adorable so is kait my wife, she knew all about this while Jess situation and felt like I needed to back out of Maci's love life and let her be maybe she was right idk...
Derek's pov
I think I'm going to ask maci to marry me tonight at the family dinner Cooper set up. She was the love of my life and I'm ready to be with her forever
