This Chapter was written by me. And some of Grace. The picture was drawn by Grace.

After driving for a couple of hours, and a few fuel stops, we came into Edinburgh. Memories of when I visited the city with my grandparents came flooding back. I smiled at the thought. I turned my head over to took at Grace. I noticed that she was looking out her window. Looking back to concentrate on the road, I put my left hand on her knee.

"Hey" I said, Grace jumped at the contact as her attention was drawn to me "You ok? You've been awfully quiet since we left the farm" I asked.

Grace didn't reply. She gave me a weak smile and nodded.

"Good. We'll be at the castle soon. Hopefully there you can get some decent medical attention, and Rose can get a dec-" I stopped. I stopped the car and grabbed my Sniper from behind me "Stay here" Was all I said before stepping out. I walked over to the figure, and tapped them on the shoulder, they flinched, swung round and pointed a shotgun at me.

"Leah" I said "That's no way to greet an old friend now is it?"

"David?" Leah said "what the fuck are you doing here?" I pointed at Edinburgh Castle.

"Ah. I see" Leah replied "got anyone with ya? Or traveling alone as always?" I pointed behind me "If I was alone I would've killed myself to be with my family." I told her,

"Emo as always" Leah sighed "so. Who's with ya?"

"Grace, a baby, a German Shepherd named Harõ. Alex was with us, but Dean killed her, so I burnt her body and killed Dean I think" I said.

"Alex is dead?" Leah said. Clearly taken aback "bummer. But hey! You got Grace and....wait why do you have a baby?" Leah then smirked "you didn't did you?"

"Well Leah, when a.....Baby is found is found in Tescos in the arms of her Dead mother it would be wrong to kill her and throw it to the walkers now wouldn't it?" I told her.

"What? No! I was asking if you did the nasty with Grace"

"No. Sorry to crush your dreams and sink the ship. Now, get in the fucking car" I said, pulling out my rifle.

"FYI my OTP was Grace and ALEX but whatever"

"GET IN THE DAMN CAR"

"Fine! Fine! I'm going!" Leah said opening the car door and sitting inside. I got into the driver's seat and placed my Sniper behind me. I started the engine, and drove off towards the castle. Hoping for some help.

*Graces POV*

"Mother! It's good to see you are not dead!" Leah said happily.

Back in secondary school me and Alex pretended to be Leah's parents.

So her nickname for me was 'Mother'

I smiled and nodded not saying anything.

"Mother why are you not speaking?" Leah asked

I looked at David. Begging for help with my eyes.

David's face suddenly took a dark expression "It does not matter. Ask of it again, and you will experience first hand what I did to Dean. Clear?" He threatened.

Leah paused.

"...what did Dean do..?"

I twitched.

"We WILL NOT be speaking of that" David said getting angry and Defensive.

Leah fell silent.

"Sorry"

"It's ok. Just a touchy subject. I'm sure We'll tell you when we are ready" David told the small person in the back.

Leah nodded.

I still didn't speak. Just gazed out the window.

*David's POV*

The drive to the castle was silent after that. When we arrived, I felt something I hadn't felt since the infection arrived. I felt a sense of security.
