About 15 minutes later Goldie appears through the front door with the butter.

"Where the hell were You?!" Yvette yelled.

Goldie was quiet

"Hey, mom's talking to You- and what happened to your hair? I know it was messy before you left but now it's extra messy" Jhene laughed

"It.. it was a guy, he got angry because I wouldn't give him change" Goldie said running out of breath.

"Really? What else he do?" Jessica asked

"Not- nothing he just pulled my hair but um, here's the butter"

"You're a lil late mija the pancakes are cold now" Aleida said

"Yeah well we have a microwave.." Goldie said and handed the butter to Jhene.

"Are you okay baby?" Yvette asked

"Yeah of course but I want to take a shower" Goldie said and went to her bedroom, which had a bathroom in it.

"Well I guess we gotta put the pancakes in the microwave" Aleida said

"The butter wasn't really necessary, we had honey and nutella, but no y'all wanna be extra as always that's why the pancakes cold" Jessica complained

"Shut up and help me" Aleida replied

As Jessica and Aleida were heating the pancakes up Yvette pulled Jhene to the side.

"Goldie was acting weird.. she never showers that constantly" Yvette said.

" You know how Goldie is, the guy that touched her was prolly dirty and she just being dramatic" Jhene replied

"Maybe the guy raped her or touched her somewhere he shouldn't"

"I don't think so-"

"Well I do! Because she wasn't answering either of us"

"She must've been driving"

"Jhene no, she always answers I even have to get on to her about it so I'm going to talk to her when she gets out the shower"

"The pancakes are warm again!" Aleida yelled.

Yvette and Jhene stopped talking and went to the kitchen to serve the pancakes to their liking.

All four of them were talking then the water turned off in Goldie's room.

Yvette got up "I'll be right back girls, I need to talk to goldie"

Yvette knocked on her door

"Baby you done?"

"Yeah just let me change okay?"

"Okay because I want to talk to you so don't take too long" Yvette said and went back to the dining room.
