MY Hero Acadamia: Glitch In The System

Second chapter

I shrug, I'm not really sure if my hero outfit is ok but as long as Grace and Maddison are there I don't mind.
It looks a bit casual but I couldn't come up with anything else.
I look at grace and instantly a proud grin grows on my face, she looks amazing!
Her hair is down, as usual but seems more free and cut.
Grace also has a grey top on, light blue jeans and a tartan shirt wrapped around her waist, she looks awesome!
"You look amazing!" I state as she nervously shuffles towards me.
"You really think so?" She asks, looking up at me.
"Yes!" I shout, hoping she can see how much she means to me

She smiles, inspecting my outfit,"What's with the goggles?
I shrug, "I designed them to help me see in the dark, see through walls, see thermal scans and zoom in on things. It's not quite done as I've got to add in a database so I can find the best ways to disarm a person I've met before or defend myself from their quirk. I've also got to find a way for the database to automatically record data and quirks so if I meet or fight people multiple times I'll have an advantage because I'm not that good at remembering things." I ramble and scratch the back of my neck, a nervous habit I have yet to break.
"Don't let Mineta get his little grubby hands on those then!" Warns Maddison as she runs towards us adorned in her combat outfit.
"Who's Mineta?" Asks Grace, her cat ears twitching and listening behind her. Maddison sighs and shakes her head, "Mineta is the grape kid! He's a total creep!"
Grace nods, "Yeah, The half red and white kid is Todoroki. I prefer to call him Caitlin's type."
I blush, he is my type.
Cold but cute and powerful but not too dangerous.
"...I didn't get a chance to talk to my little froggy friend but...her name is Asui and she's got a quirk called 'Frog'." I inform them, I could know everyone's quirk after one day but...it seems like fun to battle and befriend these people instead of just gaining information.
I put my goggles down and breath deeply, I don't know what we're doing and that's making me nervous.

A tall teacher shouts something that I don't feel like writing about now but we're being placed in three teams of seven. I'm placed in a group with Frog, Rocket thighs, Red, Sparky,  Momo and Dedicated follower of fashion. 

I look over at Grace who is currently rolling her eyes at Baka and Deku while Maddison, who is in the same group, is shaking with fear while Bird comforts her. I smile as I look at them, proud of my amazing nick-names for the people in this class. "Hey! Are you new? Tell me what your quirk is." A voice suddenly breaks me out of my happy mood. I turn and look at Momo, as I'm waiting for someone to talk I notice she has a reserved and gripping stare. I smile goofily before waving, "Hi! I'm Caitlin! Don't worry about my quirk for now, just explain to me the plan and I'll see where I can help!"
Momo looks like she's going to argue but looks at the group and decided not to.
"Ok. We've got to stop the other team from getting to the top of our building while we've also got to invade the other two teams buildings. Seeing as Asui is quick on her feet, Lida is agile and determined,that only leaves...seven on a team....two...five people defending more people will have to go with those two. Preferably some people who can support them but attack if needed." Explains Momo while I listen intently. Only Lida, Asui, Sparky and Red seem to listen as Mr fabulouse seems to only be consontrating on himself.
I think, Asui is a good pick as she's agile and so is Lida, they both know how to deal with tough and stressful situations so someone who can folllow orders and not go off the rails would be desirable. The person also needs to be powerful, well it really depends on which team we're trying to take on... So in shirt that person should be able to think and plan if cut off from thier group, not give up, be cool under pressure and have a quirk that would complement the other twos." I rambal but unluckily the whole of the people who were lisening to Momo were listening to me and as I snap back to reality I see five smiling faces glaring at me.
"What?" I ask, their happiness is desterbing me.
"We've picked you to go with me and Lida." Aui says as she hops away and talks with Lida about their plan. I freeze, "What! No! I am not the peraon for the job, I...You don't even know my quirk!" I exclaim.
Everyone except Lida is shocked as they realise they don't actually kniw my quirk.
"Joint Automated YCBR, system report. Student, Lida." Lida says casually and a flash of blue and then bkackness, for me atleast.
"System report on Lida. Age:Unknown. Quirk: Rocket thighs. Apperance: Black hair, Glasses, muscled build. Relations: Older brother, Father and mother. Pitch of voice: 05.721. Hight: Currently loading. Blood type: Currently loading. Bone structure and x-ray shows that machinery is weak spot, target one and if target one fails , his attack is his greatest defence.
System report compleated. Active defence system would like to report: Flip you Tenya! Caitlin was fine without you in her life, she had me! Go away! I worked flipping hard! I actyally liked Caitlin but noooo, you just have to go, 'Oh! Joint Auto-kick your butt program!' Go away Lida! I now have to try to explain to her what's happening you-Auto message is longer than 53 word cut of point enabled."
I blink open my eyes to Lida looking right while everyone else looks confused.
"That settles it! She's in the attack group, I was right." Says Lida proudly but his heart sincks as he spots the tears filling my eyes.
I knew I shouldn't have come....Mother was right, I'm a disappointment...
"What was that Caitlin?" Asks Momo, she stands right infrount of me but I can't bring myself to talk or look up at her with my stupid tears threatening to pour.
"Sorry. If you have a question about Caitlins quirk ask her after this lesson but trust me that she's useful and she doesn't want to talk about it now." Shouts Lida and I nod. Momo moves and I smile at Aui, half-smile at Lida.

"Let the training begin!"
