          A couple of birds danced above the sky, bringing euphonious chirps to her ears. The swishing waves calmly watching the two of them and the wind blowing their hairs all over the place, each little detail that was going on around them for some reason became absolutely enticing to her. And then, there was this guy next to her. He wasn't perfect, he had flaws like any other people out there, his moody emotions still often took over his body, but for her, everything about him was perfect. With his heart pure as gold, Ivory found something she once doubted to see in him – an eternal love. Like the rain drops spilled on the window, he easily entered her heart.

Everything was like the sun rises and sets, loving him were genuinely natural for her. If she had noticed his existence long ago, she might have been stamped as a fool who only looked at him because she only had him in her eyesight. From the day they first met, Ivory wouldn't lie if her heart wasn't beating like crazy and at that point she knew, even though she turned away and denied every feelings she felt, her heart would always find a way to lead her to him. And when she looked back, he was always there, ready to catch her if anything intended to try to subvert her entire world.

Ivory was happy that she was by his side, she could put a smile on her lips for the entire day without feeling tired. Tom was able to give her strength, by looking at him made tears swamped in her eyes – for she knew that he truly brought a great impact into her life and the fact that she once almost trifled himself away made her want to curse at her own self. Ivory wanted him forever, in a million years, in a different universe – she would always want him.

"Hey, love?" Tom questioned as Ivory replied with a hum, eyes still setting on the beach ahead of them. "That night when you said you forgot to tell me something, what's that all about?"

A silence saturated the aerial. What was that she wanted to say to him again? Ivory excavated deeper inside her mind, wondering if it was all real or just her dying thoughts. However again, if it was just a mere falsehood, Ivory couldn't have risked her life for him. In her complicated days, she was trying to think – each second, each hour and now she finally realized, everything was gone and the only one remaining was him.

Ivory then looked up at him, a smile never once leaving her lips. She took a good look at himself and at that moment, she was convinced that Tom was all she wanted. "I love you."

All the voices, all the things, even all the beauties of nature around them in an instant faded into oblivion, the only thing that stood out in his eyes was her, only her. Tom always thought that he saw her by coincidence, but as the days went by, he secretly hoped there would be no more coincidence. He wanted to hold her hands and never let it go. He wanted to walk with her, whatever direction they took. He wanted to use his last love for her, he wanted to give her all of his heart. And from now on, he could promise her – by his side would be the most pleasurable spot she ever had.

In a swift motion, Tom pressed his lips on her. It wasn't a long, romantic kiss – in fact, it was only a brief kiss, but somehow it was enough to elucidate their feelings towards each other. As they pulled away, Tom caressed her cheek gently and a sweet, beautiful bright smile tugged on his lips adhesively, his thumb automatically rubbing circles on her skin. "Next time, don't ever forget it."

And even after chasing the pavements that didn't seem to lead him anywhere, if his last fate was Ivory, Tom would never stop running after her.
