ALEX POV

Meredith Paged me 911 to the ER. When i got down to the er the were no traumas expect maggie crash but i knew she was fine because she was scrubbing into surgery. I notice she was staring into a trauma room with a shocked look on her face. 

"Hey Mer you ok" I asked her before looking into the room

"Is that who i think it is?" She asked me 

"That son of a bitch. how did he get here? What is he doing here?"

"Alex calm down. He was the other victim of the accident"

"I dont care i want him transferred to anywhere but here" I Said as i walked away to go and find Jo

Meredith POV-

I walked into the trauma room to talk to Owen 

"John Doe. Age 35. Stable for now but want to monitor him closely"

"He's not John Doe. Hes  Stadler Paul Stadler and he needs to be transferred to another hospital while he is stable enough for transport"

"Why does he need to be transferred?" He Asked me 

"He just does ok" I said getting annoyed

"Grey I cant just transfer him for no reason"

"Just do it Owen please" I said as i walk out"

Nathan wasnt anywhere to be seen so I pulled out my phone and called him so we can go home.

"Hey where are you because theyre transferring him now so we can go home"

"K ill be there in a minute" He responded 

NATHAN POV

I thought Meredith would be here for a while so i decided to go and talk to Maggie about my whole brother situation. When Mer called and told me we could leave.

I could tell her where i actually was so i told her i went to an on-call room. I got back to the ER in a few minutes and went up to where Meredith was

"You ready to go?" I asked her

"Yup" She said as she grabbed my hand and walked out to the car.

2 days later

i have me procrastinating telling her about my brother but today was the day he was coming. so i had to tell her soon.

I was in the middle of a bypass Surgery when she came in.

"Nathan you're a dead man" she stated 

"Why what-oh is James here. "

"If by James you mean your twin i just accidentally pulled into an on-call room. Than yeah James is here"

"Wait you what." I chuckled '

"Its not funny why didnt you tell me you had a twin for god sake we're married"

"Ive been wanting to tell you its just you were in such a good mood i didnt want to ruin it"

With that, she left the OR into the scrub room and i was finished with the surgery part

"DeLuca close i have to go and fix this" 

"Yea... good luck with Dr.Grey" 

I left and went into the scrub room to scrub out

"Ok i get it your pissed but Im sorry i shouldve told you about him It just never came up  but you have every right to be mad at me but i am sorry."

"Its fine i guess but you should've told me before i embarrassed myself"

"I know" I said Moving closer to her and kissing her. She pulled away a 1 minute later

"You kiss like your brother."

" I get it not its not funny"

  "now you have to go explain to your brother  why I did what I did"

"Yes dear" I said as i dropped my head in defeat and went to go find him
