The morning came and woke me up. Its been a week and I still couldn't get over the girl who I think was looking at me. It was still giving me the chills. I have'nt told Ruth, Justin and Mika about this. But whats the point of telling them? Wont solve anything the least. Thoughts of debating wheather I should tell them or not remain as I did the finishing touches on my uniform. The blue polo, complimented by the logo on the top right that mached the beige skort (not skirt)which was upto knee level. With everything done, I took off. I walked through the empty hallways. Quiet and peaceful since it was still about 6:30. I dont know why but I had the urge to come to school early today.
I arrived at my classroom with nothing to do. Until I remembered that I had an assignment in science which I have'nt done yet. I opened my bag to get my book and just to my worst luck, it's in the locker. Just great. My legs wont budge from its place. Its too tiered to do so. So I had no choice but to stay and do nothing instead. It may affect my grade but I could'ng bring myself to it. 20 minutes had past and still had nothong to do. I woke up to the sound of noise. There were alot of people already lurcking around the classroom. From the whole 20 minute time I had for myself, all I did was sleep on my desk. I checked the time and noticed that I had 20 minutes left before class starts so I decided to sleep back. I dont even know why I went to school this early.

For the second time, I woke up. But this time, our teacher woke me up since class was about to start. God was that embarressing. I stood up my chair and greeted along with the others like I didn't seem to care at all. I was still sleepy and thats the truth. Classes went on for like forever... it was hell. But I managed to get check marks at the tests given. Im already getting close to graduating and thats the only thing I ever cared about. Random thoughts evaded my head for a long period of time. There was nothing I could really do since class was boring as usual. It was a good thing that my favorite bell for recess rang. I've made up my mind. I decided to tell them about that creepy staring girl. I looked out and saw the 3 of them already waiting for me. Although I'm not quite sure if I'm gonna tell them of not.
I went up to them with silence of confusion. Moments after, a surprising sound made us tremble and cower in fear. A body was then seen falling off from the roof and laid lifeless on the ground. Another body died. But this time, it wasn't a student. It was an adult. Looking back up, another person could be seen and from the looks of it, she was holding a gun in her right hand. "He's dead. Your free." A voice was heard from her. Her voice could'nt make it more clearer to know that she was a female. The sun blocked her lookes since it was facing her back and all I could see was her dark side which was facing us. Recess is still currently on going which means there are alot of students who probably witnessed this incident. As what you'd exepect from a bit of chaos and confusion, it did happend.
Free?
From what exactly? The girl on the roof caught some attention below--including mine--as the sun's light shined below in each move she creates. She was about to leave. My mouth opened, forming an 'O' and I was left speechless as I saw her sweater thanks to the sunlight. It was the girl that I saw 2 weeks ago. It was the exact same sweater I saw. The hoodie she wore. Like seriously... is this even legit real? How is she here?? Could she be the one who killed this man that's lying lifelessly on the ground?? Who the hell is she? Alot of questions evaded my mind. Well others did. Murmuring to themsleves about who this person might be. She left, going to the other direction. She walked until she was'nt in sight. "Holy shit" I said to myself. But my voice was loud to the matter that the 3 of them looked at me.
"Holy shit what??" Ruthie scowled, looking all mighty and confused. "Thats her. Her sweater and everything!" Of course they did'nt know what I was talking about. I haven't told them about her yet. So I decided that this was my chance to slip through and tell them. I filled them in with everything that happend the past 2 weeks. They were surprised. With everything going on right now, I could say this was our independence day. But the fact that the girl was looking down on me from the roof, I still couln't wrap my tongue around the situation. I could tell that she was looking at me by the direction of her head. It was tilting towards me. From the roof, to the 3rd floor. I mean there are alot of students to look at. Hotties even. What am I saying at this period of time?? Im not supposed to think of hotties...
But that aside, the whole thing's messed up. Everything's not connected to any event. How is a school, ruled by a stupid phsycopath, related to a girl wearing a hood who's looking at me-which I could see from afar. Freedom she said. That means the person who just got shot was Chad, the stupid phsycopath. Free from those three major rules to follow school?.. maybe. But just then, loud sounds from police cars or maybe ambulance can be heard from the front entrance of the school. They might have been aware of the situation and is taking it at hand. A sudden burst of chear was heard along the whole school. All the students were screaming their lungs out like how the audience would cheer on a football game when their supported team scores. It was necessary to lift spirits up from all the things we faced from the last 2 years of suffering.
Smiles crept on to everyone's face including mine. Who wouldn't be happy when givem freedom? It was like a celebration. The cops that were outside were filled with confusion but they forced their selves in until they faced the dead body lying on the ground. Guess no body really cared about the person who they saw at the roof. Medics came along with the cops and slowly carried the lifeless body on a stretcher then in the ambulance. As students cheered on, some looked at the body that was being carried. In fact, it was all our first time to see his actual figure. Especially his face. Once the cops and medics were done with their first task, people started running to the exits which caused a bit of chaos. We watched as students happily ran to freedom and waited for the perfecr moment to go to the exits with our hearts content.
It was surprising that students were able to understand the situation and the price that was given to us. The cops and reporters came rushing towards random students and asked them to stay for any interogation. It was a good thing that some willingly agreed to do so. We were the last, walking calmly with happiness on our side. Unexpectedly, cops came to us and asked us if we could stay for interogation. As reckless as we are, we wouldn't disagree to that desicion. We'd probably be in much help since we know bits of details about what exactly happend. And by coinsedence, Ana, Chris and Jason came along with other students agreed to stay as well. This was the second time that we were questioned by cops. Although this time, we did'nt do anything bad. The whole school was involved.
The cops lead us to their coppy car and opened the door for us. There were only a few cars so we had to endure the tight space we had. The police station isnt that far. Just a 15 minute drive. "Riding cop cars are fun" Mechaila stated in which the three of us agreed. It was fun, I admitted. But we might be accused of doing something horrific again. The whole way to the poloce station, the only company we had were the cops and silence. We never spoke since awe crawled upon our veins. Upon arriving, we excitedly exited the car There started our journy to freedom!!!!
