A fresh bond

On my way back to my office I received a message from Yna that she suggests Adelina and her should go out a bit so that she could buy Adelina some casual clothes. Basically that was a smart idea from my girlfriend and that would help Adelina a lot, so I agree to her and asked her about the experiment and it was true. Adelina can't summon her spear when I am too far away from her, but come to think of it the distance of my office and my house isn't that far for you can have a normal road be walked for only 45 minutes but if you take the dark alleys you will cut it and make it 25 minutes.

Upon arriving the office I asked Yna how are they and quickly she replied to my message saying that they are talking a lot about Adelina's previous location.

Seems like those two can get well.

Back to Richard's house

"May I ask something?" Adelina asked Yna and she nodded showing permission on Adelina's question. "Do you have a mark also from Lord Richard?" she asked her making her laugh, "I was not summoned by him" she paused, "It is like a spark or a connection that attracted us together that even if we rarely see each other we don't leave the other behind" she smiled making Adelina wonder. "Sorry for my ignorance but is that what you call love?" she asked Yna again and she just nods on her question, "I was raised to be a Soldier, and I've done everything to be one of the best champions" she paused as she stares to her palm, "I never knew the feelings of loving" Adelina smiled towards Yna. "I understand what you are feeling" Yna responded then she walked inside the house. "You should get ready for we have ourselves some fun time" Yna smiled towards Adelina and she followed her inside the house.

Inside the Mall.

"Hey Amy could you tell me what clothes do you want?" Yna asked Adelina but she didn't respond on her question making Yna to hit her back. "Oh where you talking to me?" Adelina was shocked and Yna nodded, "But Amy was the one you where asking, Who is Amy anyways?" Adelina asked while looking for someone around them making Yna laugh. "You are Amy, your name is Adelina Olmi right? So A from Adelina then Mi from Olmi but your name would be spelled as Y rather than I" Yna smiled towards her.

The two went on as Yna hand pick outfits that would fit perfectly for Adelina, "What is your height anyways Amy?" Yna asked as she scans some pants for Adelina. "I am 5 foot and 9 inches" as Adelina answers Yna was surprised from it "Wow you are pretty tall" she complements Adelina's height as they continue to buy stuff.

I wonder how they are? Well technically I must worry with my ATM since I am sure Yna would get it from my ATM.

Knowing Yna she must be doing some serious shopping for Adelina and she must have already given Adelina a unique nickname that is from herself and only she can call her like that.

As they continue Adelina is learning a lot from Yna, all the difference and the importance of money on humans for their needs and mostly every aspect in life rotates in money. Also the negative effects of money that Adelina finds it out as a demon for humans. Adelina told Yna that in their world they have currencies also but only the powerful can obtain their currencies, for even merchants in her world are champions and can fight of monsters to gain their currencies. This made Yna interested more so they sat in a cafe and chat about how the money system in Adelina's world cycles.

"I see, so the blood of the monster's there turn into crystals and the stronger the monster the higher the value" Yna took a sip from her coffee, "Isn't that peaceful enough Amy?" Yna asked due to her curiosity. Adelina answered by shaking her head, "A lot of men dies just for obtaining riches in my world, so with greed, some resolve on attacking others" she answered making Yna's brow raise a little. "Our needs to live are expensive such as food and even shelter that a mere normal monster's blood can't pay for your daily needs" Adelina borrowed some coins from Yna to show the monsters' different values. "Tiny monsters that can just be easily killed are treated as centavos in your world" she sorts the coins on the table in order from smallest to largest amount. "Normally they are plenty but no matter how many you kill you can't gain enough to even buy the cheapest bread for your table for your dinner" Adelina borrowed Yna's bills. "The equivalent of bills are resistant monsters such as Golems, Dragons, Demi-humans" she paused "But it differs about demi-humans for there are demi-humans not classified as monsters". Yna suddenly asked her "What about those beasts Rick and you are talking about?" she paused then corrected herself "Richard". "Those are beasts that you can categorize with four zeroes in your money" Adelina think about what she said and nodded in confirmation. "Yes, definitely about four zeroes" Adelina finalized her judgement about those foul beasts.

"Where there some creatures like that in your world?" Yna asked her, "To be honest they where just recently appearing also, seems like a dimension broke in our world also that is why I was able to be summoned by Lord Richard" Adelina said as she drinks her coffee.

"Change topic then, do you like coffee as well?" Yna smiled towards her as she nods, "Yes coffee breaks where my favorite past time, next to doing daily drills" Adelina smiled.

While the girls are enjoying the company of one another Richard has his own company watching him from a far.

I think I am being watched by someone or something, it is rather a cold gaze rather than a normal stare, I think I should act normally for now so it won't be hostile that much or else my co-workers might perish and I will have more job to do.
