A step forward

Morning came and it is my day-off, finally but I ain't sure if i should celebrate my day-off for I have a lot of things to do and also GAMES!!! I am not able to play for 2 days already because of everything that is happening. As a gamer a day I miss from my gaming makes me uncomfortable , technically VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THAT IS MY ONLY ESCAPE FROM MY STRESS!!!

Yna tapped my shoulder and smiled "You are day dreaming again babe or are you in your painful day again for missing some of your games?" she laughed after she said those words, she definitely knows my nature. "What do you want for your breakfast babe?" I asked her to avoid her teasing me more, "Well I want some fried egg" she paused then I quickly asked "Sunny-side up or scrambled?" we both paused then laughed together. "The most difficult question in life" she stated.

"Amy is sweeping the backyard, she is a very helpful lady" Yna said while she watches me cook.

"What egg should I cook for her?" I asked Yna as I am about to crack another egg.

"Why not make a scrambled egg and another sunny-side up so she can choose for herself" She said as she took the plate of the eggs and went to the dining to prepare the table.

"Then you will eat what she didn't pick?" I shook my head as she smirked.

"Of course babe, you really know my thing" Yna laughed as she rest her head on my left shoulder.

"Your wounds still hurt?" She ask as she stare at the bandage of my forearm.

"Not much anymore, I am not sure but seems like my wounds healed quicker than usual" I told her as I put the egg on a plate.

"It is because that is one of the enchantments you got from me as a Champion my lord" Adelina walks towards us, "Good morning Amy" Yna said as she took the plate from me. "Good morning lady Yna" Adelina nods, "So I took it from you?" Iasked Adelina. "No my lord, you just got it from me not took it away from me" she paused then walks towards the fridge to get some cold water "You somewhat inherited one of my characteristics as a champion soldier and that is my vitality and defensive attribute" she pause as she drinks some water. "Is that a good thing?" I asked her in confusion. "It is but we are not sure how much damage your body can handle my lord so I prefer you avoid getting heavy damages" Yna heard Adelina's statement and she nod then asked "So Amy what about you? What did you earn from him?" Yna is looking towards me with a mischievous look that I am sure it will be her teasing me again. "I think it is the knowledge of this world and also the reason I am able to understand everyone and be able to talk in your language" Adelina is looking towards me. "We should eat now" I said as my stomach growls from hunger.

"So being linked means you gain from one another?" Yna stares at Adelina as she eats with immense etiquette "Babe why you weren't able to inherit Amy's etiquette?" her statement made me choke. "My etiquette was also part of me being a champion for we are required to show a good conduct at all times" Adelina spoke while covering her mouth, "Isn't that too much being stiff?" I asked her and she shook her head. "No babe that isn't being stiff it is just right manners, unlike someone in this house that uses his hands even eating in a restaurant" Yna side commented while looking at me with disappointment. "Hey I was eating grilled fish that time that is why I want to eat it using my bare hands" I explained myself.

As we finish breakfast Adelina summoned her spear and cleaned it as I do the dishes and Yna is working even though she is on her day-off as well. "You still clean it even though it is stored magically?"I asked her as I watch her clean the tip of her spear, "It is a discipline for us champions to maintain our gears in good conditions" she explained as she keeps on wiping her spear.

"My lord how are your wound?" she asked me after I stood up to go inside my room, "My wounds are feeling better already thanks to the inherited characteristics you have" I gave her a smile then went inside my room.

FINALLY I CAN PLAY NOW!!!

"Amy may I ask you something?" Yna sat beside Adelina, "Sure lady Yna" she answered as she scoot a bit to give Yna some space. "You are a soldier, are there other champions?" she asked her and she nods in response of her question. "Yes there are more types of champions" she paused then one by one she counts with her hand, "Soldiers, Fighters, Warriors, Mages, Ronins, Clerics, Archers and Rogues" Yna tries to memorize all. "I guess each type wields a specific weapon right?" she asked Adelina again and she just answered her with a nod. "Fighters wield swords and shield, Soldier like me wield spears and shield, Warriors wields heavy typed weapons such as axes and hammers, Archer are marksman they use bows or crossbows, Clerics use mace and shield, Rogues are dual blade wielders" she pause as Yna showed confusion and Adelina just smile. "Shall I continue?" she asked her, "Yes please I want to know more" she nods towards her then she continues "Ronins use thin swords known as katana in your world, then Mages, they use staffs and mediums" Yna took interest with mages for her eyes showed that sparkle of curiosity.

Here in my room at last going to play some League of Legends and some Kanpani Girls in DMM, but I wonder, would I be able to summon another one again? I mean another champion? Perhaps not since what summoning needs is a life force and Adelina is one powerful being already. It would definitely drain my life if I where to summon again or Adelina might vanish but I don't want that since Yna and her seems like they are getting along very well.
