A changing wind

"Yes! another victory!" I shouted as I win another game in League of Legends.

I wonder what would happen if I strengthen my body, will that affect the attributes I gained from Adelina? Will that help her out? Will I be able to fight those beasts also so I don't have to run away always?

As I keep my head working someone knocked at the door, "Who is it?" I asked as my eyes are locked on the monitor as I play League of Legends. "Babe, We will head out for a minute, going to be back later evening" Yna answered from the other side of the door so I stood up and opened it and kissed her. "Sorry, playing here" I explained and she nodded "I know, enjoy and good luck" she went downstairs as I went back in front of the monitor to focus playing again. As I hear the front door I opened my window to look outside and I saw Adelina and Yna walking. Then after staring at them for some seconds I locked my eyes back to my game as my music plays from youtube.

Suddenly someone messaged me in my messenger so I checked it out.

Anthony: Hey pal, it is your day off right?

Me: Yep, what you want pal?

Anthony: Are you busy?

I was typing when he followed his message instantly.

Anthony: Oh yes you are, you must be playing some games again

Me: Yeah, so what do you want?

Anthony: I really don't understand how Yna fell in love with you pal

With his statement I know he will start to piss me off with his side comments about me and Yna so I need to say good bye to him quickly.

Me: K, bye

After messaging it to him, he started flooding my messenger so I have to respond.

Me: What do you want?

Anthony: I want to show you something wicked pal

Me: Rather than your stupidness in playing League of Legends, what else is wicked?

Anthony: Hey you are just better than me for just a tiny margin

Me: Yeah the margin of the height and deep differences of Mariana's Trench and Mount Everest, you being the below sea level

Anthony: Damn pal, you are really mean to me

Me: You also

Anthony: Anyways meet me up at the train station by 1400H, is Yna with you?

Me: Nope

I almost type in the name of Adelina so I had to delete that quickly.

Anthony: So then see you later!

Me: Yeah, see you later

After chatting with him I checked my clock and it was 1300H already. So I had to take a bath already but before that I need to rest my eyes a bit. So I went downstairs and hit the player as I make some coffee, it made me realize I need to buy some coffee for Yna for she would be depressed if the house ran out of coffee. Even though she isn't really living with me yet she wants coffee in my house for anytime she wants to drink some.

At the train station at exactly 1400H.

"Hey pal!" Anthony waving his arm towards me, "Make sure this is worth it to ruin my day off" I gave him some heavy look from my eyes to show disinterest. "If it is just some of your pedophile interest then I will just go home after buying coffee" I added as he frowns towards me "Hey I am not a pedophile, I am a lolicon!" he justified himself as I shook my head. "Buy first what you need before I show it to you since we will be heading to the city library" he said as he pushes my back.

City library? Okay that is something new coming from Anthony, it must be something really wicked. I should be getting that coffee then and lend Anthony an ear for now. Seems like I would have some interesting knowledge now.

After getting the coffee I need we went to the city library by riding the train. Anthony is good with train transportation but not for me, I get bored easily while in the train so I put on my earphones and listen to music as I play some Pokemon in my phone. As the music changed to something me and Anthony commonly like I lend him one of the buds.

Anthony can't help it but to bob his head and tap his foot while listening to it. As for me, I just continue play. "Oh you are leveling up your Snorlax?" Anthony said as he watches me play, "Yup, I hatched it and now I am leveling it up" I said as we stop at a station. "Here we are" Anthony removed the ear bud and gave it back to me.

Before entering the library

"Pal, what ever I show you don't freak out okay?" Anthony said as he holds my right shoulder, "I won't, is it a book? do you want us to borrow it?" I asked him and he shook his head as we went inside the library.

What ever he will show me? Also not to freak out? What is he talking about? Looks like this is something that a normal person would freak out.  Although I am having a feeling it is related with those beast, I hope not.

Inside the library

"I saw it two nights ago so yesterday I checked it again" he said as he guides me inside the library. "Bright light feeling the windows of the library" he paused for a bit, "Light?" I suddenly asked. "Yes, I saw light while I am going home" he continued.

Anthony works in a call center just near here and normally he goes home 100, so what ever he saw isn't from this world perhaps.

"Every guard in the library that checked it out became dust when that being looked on them" he said, making me sweat on what he said. "A being?" I asked then suddenly he stopped walking and pointed at the right door with a tiny hole.

He said a being? Means one of the beasts! Should I peek? This is too dangerous for us. Based on what I remember Adelina said the good willed one purify humans and turn them into dust. So neither me or Anthony is safe now. What should I do?? Adelina is not here this time.
