Beside You//Chapter 3!

*Matts POV*

*RECAP*

Then I began to her a whimper, coming from a dumpster....

*end of RECAP*

I ran over to where the dumpsters were located. There was about 10 on each side of the alley.

Once I reached the dumpsters, I began loping through them. But no that whimper wasn't there anymore.

Maybe she's in here, but she stopped whimpering because she thinks that I'm the man that put her her in the first place?

I spoke up.

"Where are you? I'm not here to hurt you, I'm here to protect you! You don't have to be scared"

No response.

I waited around, I wasn't giving up that easily.

Another 15 minutes passed and I heard the whimper again!

I checked behind the dumpsters to make sure she wasn't behind there, she wasn't.

I checked every single dumpster again.

I had noticed that there was a dumpster a little further down from the others. I ran over to it.

Right in front of the dumpster was a pile of blood. Oh good lord.

I opened it up and there she was.

She looked up, realizing I was there to help her, not hurt her.

I reached my hand down into the dumpster, and she grabbed it. But before I pulled her out of the she asked me to go and check that the man who did this to her wasn't anywhere near here. I ran and checked both ends of the alley. He wasn't in sight.

She had gashes, cuts and bruised all over her! She must be in so much pain!

As soon as her feet hit the ground she began sobbing. I felt so bad for her. I decided to give her a hug, so I did. She didn't let go of me for about 5 minutes, but I didn't mind.

Once she let go of me, she began to apologize. I don't know why. I told her that everything was going to be okay.

Then she began to thank me. I told her it was no big deal.

"Look, I have some bad news. But don't worry I'll be right here beside you no matter what!"

She began to sob but harder this time! She walked over to a wall and slid down it, pulling her knees to her chest.

"Don't tell me that I have to go back with that, man." She said between sobs.

"No, no, no, no! Never! We have to take you to the hospital, you need stitches, I got everything covered!"

"Okay, but there isn't a hospital anywhere near here..." She said.

"Don't worry, I'll call my friend and he'll come and get us, and bring you to the hospital. I'll be with you the whole time."

"O-o-okay" she responded nervously.

"Omg! I'm so sorry! I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Matthew Lee Espinosa, but you can call me Matt!"

"Well, it's nice to meet you Matt! I'm Kinnley Rose Martin. But you can call me Kin."

"Well Kin, it was nice to meet you. Im going to call Carter and see if he will take you to the hospital."

"Matt, is he going to hurt me?" She asked nervously.

"No, no, no, no! Carter wouldn't hurt a fly! Remember I'll be with you the whole time, don't worry! You can trust him."

"Matt, I have trust issues. The only reason that I'm not running away right now is because you actually proved to me that I can trust you. And as soon as something in my life is going right, it back fires on me so fast! I'm sorry!" She explained.

I felt so bad for her, she has life so ruff.

I walked over to where she's sitting, picked her up and embraced her into a big hug! I could tell she was surprised but the hugged me back. we didn't pull away for at least 10 minutes.

Once we pulled away, I called Carter really quickly.

*phone ringing*

Carter: hello?

Me: hey, what are you doing?

Carter: we just got back to the hotel! where are you?

Me: same place I was when you left!

Carter: so I'm guessing you found her, is she okay?

Me: she's fine, but she's in pretty bad conditions, she needs stitches. That's why I called, I was wondering if you could come pick us up and bring us to the closest hospital!

Carter: yeah sure thing! I'll be there in 10 minutes.

Me: okay thanks bro! Don't bring anyone with you tho..

Carter: okay.. See you in a few! Byeeee

Me: yup! Byeeeee.

*end of phone call*

"He told me he would be here in 10 minutes." I said informing her what will be going on.

"Alrighty." She said.

I took a minute and looked past her bruises, cuts, gashes, and realized that she was beautiful, truly beautiful.

I hope after this we can stay friends, maybe lovers.
