Chapter 3
I look up at Jason but he quickly looks away. I kept thinking about the funeral I saw and why I was there and how I got there.
" Jayden?Jayden?" Mr.Willows repeats getting out of day dreaming once again.
"Sorry" I mutter
After that was over the bell rings.
"So where should we go to start the project?" I ask Jason but still no eye contact has been made to me since this morning.
"Let's go to my house. Come over at 5:30." he says and starts to walk off before I can ask for his address or phone number.
Lunch comes finally and I head home in my beat up green jeep. It takes me about 15 minutes to get home and lunch is only a 45 min peroid. I get home and start to make myself a sandwich when all of a sudden.
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP.
