Cindy Hastings
I was sitting on my bed, next to my friend Kiara as the two of us watched Frozen, I was waiting for Finn to pick me up to get dinner.
I was really bored, so I started messing with Kiara.
"Kiara?" I whined.
"Yea?" She replies, not taking her eyes off the t.v.
"Can you get me some more popcorn?" I beg, shaking the now empty bowl.
"Sure, no problem." She sighed, getting up to go in the kitchen.
When she comes back, I'm sprawled out on the bed leaving her not a space to sit.
"You're really gonna be like that?" She chuckles, and picks me up in one swift movement, and I giggle until she puts me down.
She sits down, and i stay in her lap, occupying my time by playing with her freshly dyed hair.
"Cindy, we've seen this a thousand times. Come on let's do something else." She whines, as I lay my head in her lap.
"What did you have in mi-" but she cuts me off by leaning down and pressing her lips against mine.
I don't pull away, I hesitantly kiss her back. The past few weeks I came out to Kiara that I was lesbian and I explained to her how my parents aren't supportive about the whole LGBT community... So I had to date Finn to make my parents happy. Don't get me wrong he's a great guy and I feel like a total asshole that I've been pretending that I loved him our whole relationship.
By the time I told Kiara, I didn't give a shit what my parents thought about me. I had a crush on her ever since I met her at work. That was also the day I met Finn too.
We get under the sheets as I was getting up to take my shirt off I see Aurelia's back turned and instantly. I new I was fucked.
"Aurelia!" I yell she turns around and gives the 'look'.
I hesitate and quickly say "Please don't tell Finn"
"Don't worry, you can!" She couldn't even look at me
And hurried out the door.
and so we continued our rest of the night.

"So how was your Ma's?" I asked Milo who was laying shirtless on the bed and playing with some keychain.
"It was surprisingly good, actually" this time he sat up and walked over to the fridge grabbing out a bottled water.
He sat down next to me and took a sip "My mom loves Lia and she got along with everyone real quick.
She real sociable that girl, I love her"
I got a bit jealous but didn't show it.
"Oh that's good, I guess"
Ten minutes in to watching some random
Show, Aurelia walks in and plops down onto Milo's bed.
"Hello to you too" I mumble and grab my phone
Out.
Milo gets up from the couch and plops down on to his bed too.
Fuck. I forgot all about taking Cindy out for dinner.
I grab my green beanie and black hoodie then head to Cindy's dorm room.
I got the shock of my life.
When I got there I looked through the door and saw Cindy and someone having sex.
It's too late for this shit.
I stand at the door and knock real loud.
Cindy comes rushing to the front door as if everything was OK, and I knew it wasn't.
"Why me?"
The person she was having sex with was a fucking girl. This night just gets better and better. Doesn't it?
The girl came out of the room and started pushing me around and telling me to get out.
She screamed in my face, "She doesn't want a man. That's why she's here with me."
That's when I realised. This bitch used me as a cover up. A fucking cover up. Wow what am I going to tell my parents and friends " Oh hey guys! i discovered my girlfriend was a lesbian and she was using me as a cover up all this time!, isn't that great"
I look at the girl and look back and Cindy.
"First of all, chill the fuck out" I look at the chick who is now wearing the sheet around her.
"Second why didn't you tell me? I would have been happy to be your cover up only when we go visit your parents. I'm not sad at all but I'm angry, I'm angry that I put all my time and effort into to you. To only know that you don't love me. Wow"
I walk out of the room pretty heart broken. But I'm still going to get a cheeseburger.
