Strangers. -{sweet pea}

Chapter 42 break

I  arrived at the bar where I know my dad would be and I hoped he would be .
I sin him talking to sweet pea and tall boy. I heald my shoulder  since it was in an amount of pain .they came over to me .

"I need to talk with you dad " I said .he put his hand on my shoulder. I cringed .
"Ugh " I said I moaned in pain .

"What happened hunter " said sweet pea .
He grabbed a chair and sat me down some more serpents  came over including  my friends and brother.

"I ..I went home after talking with you guys but when I arrived  Hiram was sitting with a lawyer  "i said.my dad slammed his hand on the table scaring me .

"He dared to lay a hand on you " my dad said .
I calmed him down .sweet pea put his hand on my leg for reassurance.

"The lawyer put the papers on the table I read them for a few seconds  until late Hiram slammed his hand over the papers . He ...he told me to sign them .the papers said it was a disclosure  and one was to put my name in the lodge industry  "i said .
Jughead looked at me .

"He wanted you to sign those papers to frame you if anything went south and to keep you quit " Jughead said.
Jughead now stood in front of me .

"This is your problem  you let him adopt you in to his family what did you expect hunter to a happy family  but guess  what that's your fault " he said .
I shook my head . My dad tried to stop jughead from talking more.

"Boy stop she  is still your sister " my dad said .jughead interrupted  my dad.

"Really dad she betrayed  us all of us she digged her own grave she doesn't  deserve  to even be a serpent " Jughead said . I was pissed and sad at the same time .
Jughead  left .I stood up .
"I should be heading back home Hiram would be pissed if I don't go back " i stood up and I grabbed my bag .
"Hunter you could satyr with us your still apart of this family " my dad said .he walked over to me and pulled me in for a hug.
I hugged him .
"Thanks dad I just need to go get some clothes  I think I might stay a while if that is fine " I said.he nodded his head.
"Of course  I want you to stay as long as you want just don't go by yourself I don't want Hiram to put another hand on you" he said .
After that I took sweet pea with me lucky for us Hiram was not home so I packed a big bag and grabbed some other stuff I needed.

I put my bag in the corner of my old room .I laid on the bed with sweet pea .we both watched movies it is about 8 at night. Suddenly there was a knock on the door .I look out the window and I see sheriff Keller.
I open the door .

"Hello sheriff what seems to be the problem  "i said as I zipped up my jacket .

He pulled out some papers .
"Hiram lodge lied about your adoption begin fully completed but he has to get them signed by your biological  parents again in order to be your adopted parent  but since your dad wont sign then they are going to court .so for now you have to go live with a foster family for a while until  the case is won " he siad. I was in utter shock .
Sweet pea wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
