CHAPTER TWENTY ONE

I sat next to Ms.Sandra and Ms M.A.As we watched the court trial taking place.As I angrily eyed Karruche and his baby momma Nia.
"It says here that you are charged with assault and rape Mr.Brown,you have assulted Karruche by choking her and pushing her down a flight of stairs and it says you raped Nia Long at a party and impregnated her how do you plead?"The judge asked.
"I plead gulity to the assault and I plead not guilty for the rape of Nia Long."Chris spoke as he sat back down.

"Okay until proven guilty or not guilty against the rape charge your lawyer will be speaking for you."
Chris nodded his head in understating.
Chris's lawyer stood up to talk.
"I would like to call a witness to the stand a Tyrell Williams."The lawyer said.

Tyrell got up to walk to the stand and I shook my head knowing Tyrell was gonna be a mess.
"Put your hand on the bible and repeat after me."The officer said as Tyrell put his hand on the bible.

The officer mugged Tyrell while Tyrell smiled back foolishly.

As Tyrell promised to speak the truth the lawyer asked Tyrell questions.
"So your a good friend of Chris's right?"He asked.
"Yeah depends on how im feeling."
"Okay,and you were at the party with Chris right on exactly Nov.1st?"And Tyrell nodded.
"I got pictures too and a video man that night was fuckin crazy man bitche-."
The judge banged the gavel.
"Mr.Williams no cursing in the court room."The judge said.
"Alright chill "He said.

"And what did you see at this party?"
"I saw Chris creepin up the stairs with her ans im like my nigga finna get some pussy but I was lost cus I'm like ain this nigga with Kahoehoe so i-."
"Mr.Williams im not gonna ask you again please stop cursing."The judge said.

"Fine aight aight."I shook my heas taking a deep breath as Ms.Sandra rubbed her head knowing Tyrell was being annoying.

"Was Nia and Chris both intoxicated?"
"Whos Nia?"
Tyrell asked and everyone groaned in annoyance.
"The person you said saw go upstairs with Chris at the party."
"Oh yeah that girl was drunk off her butt like really wasted so was Chris."

"So basically your saying he took advantage of my client whlie intoxicated?"
"Nah what im sayin is they both was drunk and had sex and made a baby."Tyrell said calmly.It was alomst as if he didn't care where he was almost as if...Oh my god this nigga high in the courtroom.

"Can we get some food in here like im foreal hungry mane I felt my stomach drop to my booty,I said booty cus I can't say ass yall."

"Wait hang on your honor we have video proof that Nia was not raped."The lawyer said getting Tyrells phone and showing the video to her and it was quiet except the sound of partying music coming from the phone played in the courtroom.

"Hmm."The judge said.
The judge banged its gavel.
"Ms.Long it is a felony to wrongfully accuse someone of a crime they did not comittyou will be doing community service for 194 hours and Mr.Brown you are found not guilty for the rape of Nia Long but since you honestly pleaded guilty to hitting Karruche you will have a shorter sentence of six months in a juvenile detention center and for two months you will be on parole."The judge said.
"Case closed."She said banging the gavel as tears came to my eyes.No Chris for six months?I don't think im gonna make it.
I can't survive without his kiss and him being annoying in the morning and our movie night but most importantly I was gonna miss his big dick.

I cried harder at the thought of him and his good dick leaving me for six months.

As we walked behind Chris's moms.
And I punched both of them in theyre shoulder.
