5 - Now he knows

Mike

Today it's Saturday, and we've all decided to go to my plays and watch a movie. I'm realy looking forward to it, and i mabye think i have a shot with Briar. I just started liking her, and tonight will be the perfect time to say it.
Devon and Jessy are the only ones who knows it, because they came earlier and i told them my plan.
At 8 pm pouple comes over, and i'm ready with soda, popcorn and a exiting horror movie. When everyone is here that means Briar, Jessy, Myles, Devon, Jenn and Anne, we go sit in the couches, and i start the movie. I of couse make sure to sit next to Briar.

Jessy

It's a good movie, but the only thing i can think about is how Mike likes Briar. I need to talk to her. 'Briar can you come with me to the bathroom for a second?' I though that was a normaly girly thing, but i actully wanna tell her about Mike. 'Yea, sure...' she looks at me a little wierd, course i never ask her to go to the bathroom with me.
When we get to the hallway, i telle her about Mike. 'WHAT! Mike likes me?' 'Yea, so what are you going to do about it?' I ask. She then looks at me. 'I guess he's kinda cute, and he's sweet, i don't mind.' 'No Briar, what about Myles?' 'What do you mean, we'r just friends, he don't care...'

Briar

Jessy just told me that Mike likes me, and i'm a little curious. So when i get in i sit down next to him, a little closer then i did before. In the middel of the movie he puts his arm around my shoulder, and i look at him, and lean in to him.

I never though i would like Mike, even just a little bit.

Myles

When Mike puts his arm around her, and she leans in to him. It really botheres me, but i still don't know why.
I just know that i can't stand it, so i get up and go out of the livingroom.

Devon

When i see Myles gets up with this scocked look, i look around, and then see Mike with his arm around Briar.
I soon get up and go look for Myles. I find him out in the garden standing and just looking at the ground. I feel really sorry for him, he most feel horrible. 'Yo, what's up?' I ask. 'I can't look at them, why can i not look at them like that without feeling so bad and kinda jealous?' He looks hurt. 'Because you like he, and i mean like her, like her.' 'Mabye you'r right, but i need to get over it, cause i can't stand it.' 'Bro, we all know that you two are going to end up together, just wait for it. You don't find the one right away, she will soon see that you'r the one.' He looks a little better. 'You realy think so?' 'I know so.' He then smiles, and says with a little more confidence, 'thanks man, you'r the best!'

Myles

After my talk with Devon i atleast know what's been bothering me lately, i like Briar. A lot...

When i get in again, briar has fallen asleep, she looks so cute. But then i remember that she's in Mike's arms, and i sit back down again trying to enjoy the rest of the movie.
