Time Control

Chapter:8 

"Time Control" 

The Earthquake continues on for about 2 minutes. Those 2 minutes seems dreadful for everyone.Earthquake occur but never this long.Students and teachers stand praying for it to get over quickly. 

"I don't want to die . I'm still too young!",Yoona, Kyung Mi's friend cries while clasping her hands together. Kyung Mi tries to calm her down. Sehun is worried about D.O after he suddenly ran away,praying for him to be safe. As the Earthquake is over; the school principal announces for the school to be closed early.Everyone goes to their classrooms to get their bags. 

Sehun runs over to Suho and stops him, 

Sehun:"Suho , I cant find D.O anywhere! I wonder if he's okay" 

Suho:"What?! Ok..then lets find him.Maybe he's inside the school." 

And both run inside the school to search for D.O. Kyung Mi walks inside their classroom.She sees shattered glass everywhere. She goes over to her desk and carefully picks her bag. She brushes dust of it when she hears a whimpering sound. She follows where the sound is coming from and goes over to the teachers desk. She looks underneath it and finds D.O crying while wrapping his arms around his knees. 

Kyung Mi:"D.O? Whats wrong a...and what are you doing here?" 

"Go away..Go away..GO AWAY!",shouts D.O at Kyung Mi , with terror in his eyes. 

Kyung Mi is taken back but sees that he's not doing well."D.O what's wrong! You're trembling!" 

She tries to comfort him and holds his shoulders. At that moment D.O's expressions calms down and stops crying. He looks up at Kyung Mi and crawls out from under the desk. 

he stands up wiping his tears."Strange..."He says to himself. As soon as Kyung Mi touched him he felt the raging powers inside of him calming down,Like she had some kind of medicine with her. He wonders why and just stands there looking at Kyung Mi. 

Kyung Mi:''Er..D.O are you ok?" 

D.O:"Um..I..ye..yeah I'm fine." 

Right at that moment the other students walk inside the classroom too, all talking about the Earthquake. Among them D.O hears someone calling his name. 

"D.O!", Sehun says as he quickly runs towards him. 

Sehun:"Ah where were you? We were so worried!" 

"I told you he would be fine!",they hear Baekhyun behind them along with the rest of the group. 

Kai:"D.O dont just run away like that ! And were you crying? You're eyes are really swollen.." 

D.O:"I'm fine. Th....The Earthquake scared me a little.*blush*" 

"Are you ok now?"Suho says with a concerned tone. 

D.O nods while looking at Kyung Mi still wondering about his powers calming down. 

Kai notices D.O staring at Kyung Mi at gets a bit jealous. 

Kai:" Hey quit it! Stop staring at her." 

D.O:"No I'm not.And even if I am,what's it to you?" 

Kyung Mi:"Stop it you both!" 

D.O looks at Kyung Mi and bows:" Thank you." 

Kyung Mi does'nt understand why he's thanking her but still replies."Um you're welcome(?)" 

Of to a side Luhan looks at the shattered glass, thinking about the Earthquake.He gets a bit suspicious,Knowing that the Earthquake was not normal.
