Singing?!

Louis schaute mich nochmal kurz an und verschwand aus meinem Zimmer. War das gerade wirklich ich? Die verzweifelte, heulede Mary? Die jeden um Hilfe bittet? Nein! Ja! Nein! Doch! Ach ich hab keine Ahnung. Vielleicht bin das wirklich ich? Und in der Zeit in London habe ich mich verwandelt in jemand, der ich garnicht bin? Aber dann hätte ich das doch nicht gemacht...oder doch? Verdammt ich weiß es nicht.

Ich setzte mich vor das Fenster und schaute auf die beleuchteten Straßen von New York City. Kaum hatte ich eine bequeme Sitzposition gefunden, fing ich mit dem an, was ich in Liverpool immer getan hatte, wenn ich einen klaren Kopf brauchte. Ich fing an zu singen:

Nach dem singen hatte ich einen einigermaßen klaren Kopf und mir wurde bewusst: Ich muss das Jahr nutzen. Ich werde es nutzen. Ich werde wieder ich. Ich werde wieder wie in Liverpool.
