What happened last night?

I woke up with a crushing headache and ran to the bathroom to throw up. When I was finished I got up and took 3 ibuprofen. I was trying to recollect what happened last night but it wasn't coming to me and the strangest thing is I don't remember coming home. I walked into my room to make my bed and noticed a strange navy blue blanket, "What the fuck?" I whispered. I made my bed and headed downstairs to find someone sleeping on my couch, I started to have a panic attack and ended up falling which woke whoever it was. I looked over to see who it was and found Henry. 

"Fucking hell, Henry-wait why are you here?" I questioned. 

"I took you home last night." Henry informed me. 

It all came back to me, last night; dancing, getting wasted, singing, and finally, Henry taking me home. I was so grateful in that moment because what if Henry wasn't there? "Thank you..." I whispered. 

"What?" Henry asked. 

"I said, thank you for last night." I explained gently, getting up. 

"Why?" Henry questioned. 

"Because what if you weren't there? Something could have happened." I shrugged. 

"Ok, don't get emotional on me." Henry joked, hiding something. 

"Do you want something to eat?" I quizzed. 

"Actually I need to leave." Henry said rubbing the back of his head. 

"No, you need to eat first, I promise it won't be much of a hassle." I informed. 

"Pancakes?" I asked

"Sure." Henry said while sitting down. 

I went into the kitchen and started to pour the pancake mix into the pan when I heard the door open. I walked in to see Henry and my mom in the same room. I walked in and my mom started screaming for him to "get the fuck out!" 

"Mom, calm down he is a friend." I informed 

"Well I don't give a damn who he is, you didn't ask me if he could come over!" My mom exclaimed. 

"You know why I didn't ask? Because I didn't fucking care! I screamed at her. She went to grab Henry to throw him out and I stepped in front of her. 

"Get out of my way, Amber." My mom seethed. 

"No. You don't get to decide what happens around here when you are not even here 95% of the time!" I spat. 

"Henry I think you should leave." I warned him.

"Are you sure that's a great idea?" Henry asked. 

"Yeah, before things get really bad." I said softly. 

"Okay." Henry said as I saw him out the door. 

I turned around to see a fuming mom standing there. I smelled something burning (Pun intended) and ran into the kitchen. "Fuck, Fuck, Fuck!" I screamed as I started to put the fire out and ended up burning my hand. "Shit!" I screamed as I put out the fire with water. At this point, I knew I had a pretty bad burn so I cleaned up the kitchen and treated the burn. I walked out the door just to go somewhere and I ended up at the park. I sat there for a while and then decided to go to the quarry, I went to the quarry and sat on the ledge just to look down into the water. I heard footsteps behind me to see Eddie, alone?

"Hey Edds, why are you alone?" I questioned. 

"Oh, hey Amber!" Eddie smiled.

"I didn't feel like going to the arcade so I came here to read comics." Eddie spoke. 

"Oh, well do you want to take a walk or something and if not I can sit here and read with you." I suggested. 

"Yeah, we can go for a walk." Eddie beamed. 

We headed to the woods and walked around for what seemed like hours. Then we sat down on a log and ended up falling asleep. I awoke to the crunch of leaves and looked around. I saw a doe with two baby deer. Eddie stirred in his sleep. I took off my jacket and wrapped it around him, scaring off the deer as I picked him and his comic book up. I started walking towards the direction we came in. 

.I walked out of the woods and to Eddie's house while carrying him. I opened up the door and greeted Mrs.Kaspbrac, took him upstairs and tucked him in. I decided to go home after that.
