Judge Harrison looked at Mileena then at her lawyer. She also looked around at the people that had came to support her,which wasn't alot.
"Your honor mind you that the same woman she tried to kill is around her everyday,how are we supposed to know she still isn't a threat?" The assistant DA Ronda Adams said.
Jerry looked at her. "How is that relevant? She served her time and like I said she wasn't in any trouble." Harrison looked over Mileena's file.
"Also,that woman you speak of, Ryan Teirany lives with the father of Mileena's child." Harrison raised a brow. Adams sighed.
"Your honor again,that doesn't make her safe." "If she wants to feel safe then why is she even staying with Mr. Shakur?" He asked. Adams grew silent.
"She decided to stay after everything,she knew Mrs. Shakur would get out sooner or later and still stayed." Jerry said. Harrison nodded.
"Young lady,you have quite a record on you." Mileena licked her lips. "I know your honor." Harrison looked down and began to read her file.
"Arrested for vandalism at the age of fourteen, at eighteen you got arrested for fighting in a bar." He went on and on.
She found it messed up that they wouldn't bring up Tupac's file but he had nothing to do with that right? Everything she got arrested for had something to do with him.
She was always getting into trouble with or for him. "She was never in any trouble in prison either your honor." Jerry said. Harrison sighed.
"So I want Mrs. Shakur to be relieved from house arrest." Jerry said. Adams frowned. "Very well." Harrison agreed.
"Your honor! She served three years in prison and tried to murder someone while intoxicated..I think she needs a couple more months." Adams argued.
He sighed. "No drinking,I'll have you go to a addiction therapist-" "She's not an addict." Jerry cut him off. Harrison raised a brow.
"She's going to an addiction therapist,I'll have the papers sent in the mail by the end of the week. You all are dismissed." He slammed his gravel and everyone stood up.
"Lets go get that thing off of you shall we?" Jerry asked. "Thank God." Mileena smiled. After they took the bracelet off they walked out the courtroom.
"You did good sis." Jada said throwing her arm around Mileena. "Yea I guess,Tupac wasn't here?" Leena asked. Jada sighed and shook her head.
"Of course." She mumbled. "There she is." Mileena looked up and spotted Andre along with two of his bodyguards. Jada scoffed.
"I'll see you at home." "Okay." Jada walked away and Andre smiled down at Mileena. "Thought you wouldn't come." Andre shrugged.
"I had to support my lady right?" He asked. Mileena rolled her eyes a little. "Your lady?" She asked. Andre nodded.
"Well yea,you my lady right?" He asked. Mileena chewed on her bottom lip. "I gotta think about that." Andre frowned.
"What you gotta think about? We've been dating for weeks now.. I want you to be my girl." He pressed frowning up.
