*Hyerin's POV*
"Since tomorrow is The Unit's contestant's performances...I can't go on our friend date Saeri. Sorry." I apologized as the female pouted.
We were at my place and Saeri was laying flat on my bed with a disappointed look as I put away my laptop.
"But you promised me!" Saeri complained and kicked around her legs before making a mess of my bedroom.
"Ehehe...maybe next time." I nervously chuckled.
"Ugh, but that's the fifth time you've canceled our date. You promised that you wouldn't miss this one." she whined.
Now she acts a little kid? Saeri always acts like a little kid whenever she doesn't get what she wants.
I smiled and pat her head. "Saeri, I'm sorry, really, for reals, I'm sorry that I'm such a bad friend, but I love my job as I much as I care for our dates. You're the most important person to me, so I thought you would understand how much it is for me to stand on stage." I said as the female's eyebrows furrowed.
"But this will be the last time right?" she asked as I nodded.
The female smiled and handed me the lunch she made for me in the kitchen, Saeri always makes me lunches with love and would often add hearts and cute decorative things on the food she made. How wife-material.
Though the actual reason why Saeri makes me lunches is because Saeri doesn't want me to eat other people's cooking expect for hers. So possessive. No wonder why I've gain weight after a year of only eating her food, but whatever, her dishes are always super delicious. That's all that matters the most.
When I arrived at the building, it was already lunch time. Taking out my lunch, all the mentors looked over at the food I was eating and simply stared.
Just then, my phoned rang, answering my phone. It was Saeri. I didn't dare to put it on speaker since I didn't want to disturb anyone.
"Have a nice day at work! I'll make you dinner when you arrive back home so you better not eat dinner." Saeri said.
"Um...okay. What are we having tonight?" I asked as the girl hummed.
"Anything you like."
"Anything I like? But I like everything." I said as Rain leaned a bit closer to hear.
"Then I'll just make something that comes up in my head. I also can not wait for our next date...!" Saeri squeaked.
"Our next date? Oh yeah, when do you want to set out next date?" I asked as the female chuckled.
"Let's go on a date next week on Thursday or Friday."
"Okay, where do you wanna go?"
"Let's go to a cat cafe! We went to a dog cafe last year so I want to try something new!"
"A cat cafe on Thursday or Friday...okay. I'll call you later, I have to finish lunch quickly and go see the contestants. Bye." I said as the girl hanged up on me. Everyone gave me a strange look after I put away my phone.
"What?" I asked as Hyuna let out a random and awkward cough.
"Are you dating someone?" Rain asked I shook my head before I took a bite of my lunch.
