*Hyerin's POV*

"What's wrong with you Saeri?" I questioned when Saeri hugged me out of nowhere in the middle of the hallway in my company.

"I heard you were gonna star in a drama and you're gonna be hanging out with this girl." she pout.

"I'm only acting as a supporting character for one day Saeri, plus I'll only get about two minutes of screen time, and one line. All I have to do is say, "Boss Kim said you may leave now" and give the girl a nasty look." I said put she still wouldn't let go of me.

Why is she like this? First she tried to switch my manager which actually worked. Second, she accompanied me around my first few schedule. Now she's not letting me act.

"Saeri, I'm sorry but I don't want to change my manager, in fact, I like him. Why can't you understand that?" I asked.

"That's because he confessed to you in the past! I was there! I saw!"

"Yeah, but then you ran away." I said but Saeri wouldn't look at me in the eyes.

Jungkeun and Saeri actually go way back in the past. Although the two of them met a few years ago, I never knew about Jungkeun since I was recovering in the hospital. Surprisingly, it just so happened that Saeri was in a small drama club with Jungkeun. On the last two weeks of school, the drama club was going to perform their new act which was the most iconic play of all, "Romeo and Juliet". Unfortunately, the person playing as Romeo, was sick on that day. Saeri, who played as Juliet, decided to choose Jungkeun to play as Romeo since he memorized things fast. But I think she also wanted to see him mess up since she always told me how annoying the stage director was. But things just had to go down hill when Jungkeun "confessed" to me. I guess she felt bad but chose friendship over love. I felt guilty and chased after her and tried to explain things but she wouldn't listen and instead told me to never talk to him.

Now back to the point. Saeri, usually, would only act like a child when she's angry or upset about something...but this time is different. Saeri seems more...baby-like.

"Saeri?" I questioned when she let go of me.

The female simply looked away to avoid eye contact.

What's wrong with her?

"Hyerin, am I your only best friend?" she asked as I thought to myself.

"Yep, Saeri. You're my only best friend." I said as she smiled to herself. "And there's more."

"More?" the girl said in a irritating tone.

"Our members." I said as the girl gave me a concerned look. "Although the five of us haven't met up together for three years, we still know each other inside out. I hope that we can all hang out again like in the past."

Saeri sighed and slowly began putting on a guilty look.

After I left to go use the bathroom, Saeri walked around the company and bumped into Jungkeun.

"You again." she furrowed her eyebrows at the male.

"Saeri, listen." Jungkeun said when I walked out of the bathroom and coincidentally walked in on their talk.

"S-Sorry, I um...I'll just go wait in the back." I said and walked down the hallway while trying to hide my face from embarrassment. I'm always the third wheel.
