*Hyerin's POV*

Tonight, tonight is the night. I let out a long yawn and stretched my arms. Today is the shooting of the concert. I was in the empty hallway near where the restrooms were. I checked the texts I've been getting nonstop on my phone even though I should be watching the performances, but all those texts were from Saeri so I couldn't just ignore her. Calling the girl, she picked up immediately.

"Hello? Hyerin?" Saeri said.

"Ah Saeri, you text me earlier, what did you want to talk about?" I asked as the girl sighed.

"I guess really I can't spend the week with you at your place. I have to go overseas, I think it was somewhere like Beijing, China? Anyway, it's a scene for the drama I'm in." she said in a gloomy tone.

"Really?! That's great! You're so lucky you get to go overseas to China, I wish I could go with you but I already have too much to do in Korea. My company doesn't plan on making me promote overseas either." I chuckled as the girl let out a cough to interrupt me.

"First of all, it's not a good thing. I don't know how to speak Chinese and second, , I won't be able to see you." she began to whine and complain.

Waiting for her to finish throwing a tantrum, it took at least two minutes for her to calm down.

"I also promised your dad and your brother that I would take care of you in their place while they are in America since you still act like a little child from time to time."

"Don't worry about me, I'll be just fine. I'm an adult now, I'm freaking twenty-five years old. You don't have to get so worked up."

"But what if you know, what if something bad were to happen to you? What if someone bad was trying to contact you?"

Who could be a bad person and contact me? No...it couldn't be..."My mom?"

Mom? Why did I say that? But it has been years since I've said the phrase, my mom.

Saeri became quiet for a bit before scolding me. "I told you to never mention anyone relating to your past that hurt you. They're not good for your brain since they would only hurt your mind. I also told you that she's no longer part of your family and that's final." she raised her voice.

Ah, I forgot...Saeri doesn't like me remembering my past since it's filled with bad things, Saeri tried to make me forget my past but I wanted to know. Sadly, she holds grudges.

"But my dad still loves her." I tried to reason but the girl didn't care.

"No. What that woman did is not exceptional—"

Saeri was interrupted when FeelDog walked up and greeted me.

"Sorry Saeri, I'll call you later."

"What? Don't you dare—"

I put my phone away and didn't know what to do. Saeri really hated the thought of me talking about my mom, but I can't argue against her. Saeri also loved my parents as much as I did since she grew up without the feeling of being loved by her own parents. Saeri loved my family and treated me like a sister...before I lost my memories that is.

I'm glad that FeelDog walked in on my call, things would've gotten so awkward.

When I looked at FeelDog, I was taken back from his appearance. FeelDog's collar shirt had a strange orange glow in the dark spray on it and his hair was all messy and fuzzy. I saw him performing earlier before I left, but to think I would see him like this up close.

"Hyerin-ssi!" FeelDog said in a bright and bubbly tone. "Did you see my performance?" he asked.

"Y-Yeah, I saw it before I went to the bathroom. Sorry I missed the ending part though."
