Annie begged me to go to Starbucks.
"Annie i thought you wanted something to eat. Like chipotle or something." I whined.
"We'll go there after you try a pink drink!" She said excitedly.
"A pink what now?"
"A pink drink." She said again.
"That doesn't have any alcohol in i-"
"Hayden, we're at Starbucks. They don't put alcohol in the drinks." She rolled her eyes.
"Yeah...Okay." I said opening the door.

Annie and i walked back to the tour bus pretty much dying. We were watching the video of me trying a pink drink for the first time. I didn't like it and I spit it out on this random guy. Annie and I looked at each other, and ran out. The thing is, is that I thought it was gonna taste really good, so I took a lot of it.
"How could you not like it? It tastes so good!"
"No it didn't. It tastes too sweet and there's too many strawberries." I argued.
a/n Idk how a pink drink tastes. I'm just assuming things😂
"Whatever. Let's just go see if the others are awake." She said.
I nodded as I opened the bus door. Brennan and Rush were in here.
They looked over at us.
"Annie!" Brennan said hugging Annie.

"Annie why didn't you tell me you were going with Hayden somewhere?" Brennan asked.
"Because I forgot. Sorry, dad." I laughed.
"Anyways, where did you guys go?" He asked.
"Starbucks. Hayden tried a pink dri-" I bursted out laughing.
"What's so funny?"
"Okay, so pretty much I tried a pink drink and didn't like it, so I spit it all over this guy and Annie and I ran out." Hayden explained also laughing.
"Oh lord." Brennan chuckled.
I finally stopped laughing. "Where are the others?" I said looking around.
"They all went to chipotle, but Rush and I stayed here waiting for you two." Brennan said looking at Rush. "Why are you so quiet?"
Rush sighed and walked out the door.
"Did you force him to wait for us with you?" I asked.
"Annie, I love you and all, but you know well enough that I wouldn't be that worried if you were with Hayden. Gosh, Rush was pacing around the bus for like 19 minutes straight! He was like "this is all my fault! what if she got hurt?" Blah blah blah. Annie you need to talk to him. I know you're probably mad, and I understand, but you two are best friends. You can't live without each other."
"Yeah, go talk talk to him. Also, I want chipotle! This isn't fair." Hayden said crossing his arms.
"We'll join the others once Annie and Rush finish talking." Brennan replied
I turned around and walked out of the bus. I knocked on the other bus's door.
"Brennan, I don't want to talk right now!" Rush yelled.
I took a deep breath and opened the door. Rush was sitting down and looking out the window.
"Brennan I said I didn't want to tal- oh, it's you." He said. "Annie, you don't have to give me a lecture."
"You're the one who keeps getting-" he interrupted me.
"Jealous. I'm sorry, it just feels like Hayden's replacing me as your best friend. You were mad at him for such a long time, and now you guys do everything together. It's like you just forgot all about me. And on top of that, I have a crush on you. Not a tiny one, I'm in love with you, Annie."
"What?" I asked quietly.
He stepped closer which made me even more nervous. "I'm in love with you."
Wow. Rush Butler is in love with me. No one has ever said that to me.
I didn't say anything but stare into his eyes. He took another step closer.
Our faces were centimeters apart. I haven't had a boyfriend since Hayden. Heck, I haven't had a crush since him.
"Rush, I don't know what to sa-" I got cut off by him smashing his lips on mine.
