It was only a few minutes later when half the building seemed to be gathered around the bed. Mr. Villain Voice, my parents, Theo and a group of people I didn't know. At least they blocked the light a little.

"It's your fault, Domari!" a lady with blonde hair and fiery eyes said. "You let her in!"

Mr. Villain Voice, who's name was apparently Domari, shook his head in frustration. "She passed all the tests! I couldn't have known!"

"What, you've been testing me?!" I asked, but nobody responded.

"You and your tests! This is what happens if you only depend on those. Happy now?!"

"I have followed all the regulations!" Domari shouted now. "You cannot blame me for anything!"

"Stop arguing, you two!" a tall man with curly brown hair said. "It's not about who's fault it was. It's about how we solve this."

But he was ignored, and the lady raised her hands, and all of the sudden it seemed like a waterfall was unleashed upon Domari.

"YOU AND YOUR REGULATIONS!" she screamed. "I HOPE THE STORMLINGS BURN YOUR BOOKS!"

"Myrsky- Calm down!" the tall man pointed at the wall behind the lady, who's name was apparently Myrsky, and a huge plant grew from the wall, wrapping around Myrsky's hands and pulling them down, forcing her to stop. Though Myrsky was still fighting and screaming, trying to break free.

The tall man turned to Theo. "Theo- Whatever is necessary to calm her, do it."

Theo only nodded. He walked up to Myrsky and placed his hand on her head.

"NO DON'T! DON'T... don't..." Within a few seconds she had lost all strength, and she fell, right into the plant's lower leaves. Suddenly the room was quiet, except the loud breathing of Domari, who was still hysterical from what just happened.

"Will someone clean up this water?" my father suddenly said loudly. "My socks are getting wet."

"You're not funny, Waso!" a voice in the corner of the room said. "But fine." With a loud "gluk" sound the water disappeared into the floor.

"And now back to the problem." the tall man said. "What do we do with this normal?"

"Hey! No need to go insult me, okay?" I might not have superpowers, but they didn't have to say it like that.

"I think the best solution is wiping her memory." the voice in the corner said.

"It's our daughter you're talking about!" my mother now got frustrated. "I will not let anyone mess with her brain!"

"Leyki, it's the best solution." My father said softly. "It's not dangerous, and we can't risk her telling other normals what happened here."

"We can make her promise..." Theo suggested.

"Promises can break. Easily." A girl somewhere on the left said.

"Luci seems like an honest person." Theo said. "A bit impulsive perhaps, but she can keep a promise."

"You're a dreamer though, Theo."

"I don't believe in it either." the tall man said. "I'd say we wipe her memory. Theo, will you do it or-"

"Can I also have a say in what happens with my brain?!" I said loudly now, and jumped off the bed.

"... Or should I have someone else do it for you?"

"WILL YOU STOP...!"

The room was suddenly quiet. Everybody stared at me. I took a deep breath and tried to stay calm. "Will you stop acting as if I don't exist?! I might not be a superhuman with superpowers, but I do have a free will! And I want it to be respected, is that clear?"

"You don't even know what all this is about." the tall man said.

"I understand enough." I violently wiped my hair out of my face. "Apparently this is all one big secret. So the solution is easy: if you don't believe my word, then prevent me from telling. Let me disappear. Let me stay here."
