The two boys walk out of the theatre and into the cool winter-going-on-spring air.

"That was fun," Zane whispered, hugging himself to keep warm. In the heat of the moment, he forgot to grab a jacket.

"Yeah. We should do it again sometime," Travis whispered back, pondering if he should give Zane his jacket. He would probably regret it later if he didn't.

Heat envelops Zane's shoulders and fabric brushes against the back of his neck. Travis' jacket. Tugging it on quickly, Zane thanked the older male. It was too kind of him.

The drive back to Zane's was silent. Neither of them could think of something to say. Travis wanted to turn on the radio to make it less awkward but didn't want to send the wrong signal. Maybe Zane would think he didn't want to talk.

"Here we are," Travis spoke, pulling up to the address he had memorized as soon and Zane had given it to him.

"Thank you for tonight," Zane whispered, starting to remove the jacket to give back to Travis. "I had fun."

"I'm glad," Travis responded, a faint smile upon his lips. Zane handed the coat back, causing the male's fingers to brush.

"I'll see you tomorrow." Zane's words sounded rushed, panicked even. Hopping out of the truck, Zane rushed up to the front door of his house, entering the building. Before he closed the door he turned back to wave at Travis.

But he was already gone.
