With gen 8 coming up at sometime this could be an introduction to new features, here are some features that I would personally want to see
1: The battle style to change
In the current games in battle we can only tell our Pokemon to use a move and switch them out, and if they have mega stones or z-crystals, mega evolve an use z-moves. But what would be cool is if we were able to tell our Pokemon a type of command like for example "dodge it then run up the walls and use slash!" I know this would be really hard to do since GameFreak would have to add a LOT of commands, but still it would be cool to see this sometime in the future
2: Being able to ride any Pokemon strong enough to carry something
In ORAS we were able to find around Hoenn on Mega Latios and Latias, but imagine being able to fly on any type of Pokemon able to carry someone. Like riding a Garchomp, a Mega Charizard X or Y, or even a mega Raquaza. And there is also Mudsdale and Yanmega. It would be great being able to fly or run around a region with Tor choice of ride Pokemon.
3: Multiple Regions in one game
Seriously, this really needs to happen. A Pokemon game were you could visit every region would be awesome, and maybe even being able to take on all the leagues. This will probably take quite a while to come true sicne I doubt the switch could handle all the Regions, still I would really like it.
