Blastoise
Hydro Cannon- A really strong STAB water move at 150 power and it doesn't have bad accuracy having it at 90%. But you will have to recharge after you use it so be careful when using this move
Focus Punch-A really strong priority move and coverage but it won't work if you take a hit before you use it so like hydro cannon be careful
Icebeam-A good ice move for coverage against grass types and even ground and flying types
Rapid Spin- If your opponent sets up stealth rocks, spikes, etc you can use rapid spin to get rid of them so you won't have to worry about entry hazardsFeraligatr
Dragon Dance- Just set up Feraligatr with this move once or twice and your opponent will have a force to be reckoned with
Waterfall-Again a good STAB water move and a chance to flinch is always nice
Crunch- Coverage and with dragon move it can be pretty strong
Icepunch- Coverage against grass types and ground/flying typesSwampert
Rain dance-It can give a nice boost to Swampert's water move and gives it more resistances against grass and fire moves
Earthquake-Good coverage and a strong move in general
Surf- Again a good STAB water move and will be even better in the rain
Hammer arm- A strong move and coverage just watch out for the speed drop from this moveEmpoleon
1. Hydro Pump
Hydro Pump is a good move for STAB, and combined with Empoleon's high special attack, any fire, ground, or rock Pokemon will be completely fu-never mind.
2. Bide
Empoleon isn't the fastest Pokemon in the world, but it is pretty bulky so this is a good move to use for some return damage. Use this move if you have an Empoleon with a Relaxed or Sassy nature.
3. Flash Cannon
Like Hydro Pump, this move is good for STAB. It's a fairly powerful move at 80 base power, and the chance to drop your opponent's special defense doesn't hurt either.
4. Grass Knot
This move works well on particularly heavy Pokemon, such as Groudon, Torterra, and...others that would take too long to name, but you get the point. This works especially well on Torterra, as Torterra weighs 310 kg, giving Grass Knot a base power of 120. The best part about this move is that unlike with Heavy Slam, Grass Knot's power is based off the opposing Pokemon's weight alone, not in comparison to Empoleon's weight.
Samurott
1. Surf
Surf is a good move that works well for STAB coverage, and it's powerful enough that it can take out almost any opponent that isn't resistant or immune (via an ability) to water-type attacks.
2. Swords Dance
Samurott's attack stat is already very good on its own, so Swords Dance will provide an extra bit of help with its less than stellar defensive stats. Not to mention running a Swords Dance and Surf combination will be one devastating matchup for any opponent.
3. Aerial Ace
Aerial Ace would obviously give good coverage against grass Pokemon, but it also works well against fighting-types as well. Since a lot of fighting-type moves are physical and Samurott's defense isn't the best (it's better than its special defense, but still nothing spectacular), this will provide some good assistance.
4. Night Slash
Again, this is an attack that pairs well with Samurott's high attack stat. It's also never a bad idea to have coverage against psychic-types, since a lot of the most powerful Pokemon tend to be psychic-types (Mewtwo, Gardevoir, and Latias, to name a few).
Greninja
1. Surf
Again, Surf is a powerful STAB move that will wreck any opponent that's neutral or weak to water attacks. A special attacking water move would suit Greninja's high special attack stat a little better, but Greninja's attack stat is good enough that it won't make too much of a difference.
2. Extrasensory
Greninja's low defensive stats and typing leave it extremely vulnerable to fighting-type moves, so Extrasensory works well to combat this weakness. Extrasensory is also a very powerful psychic-type move, so it can be used for coverage against most other typings as well (save for the obvious, of course).
3. Night Slash
Because Greninja needs more STAB moves lol.
4. Gunk Shot
Gunk Shot works well on fairy-types, an extremely common typing that Greninja has a very unfortunate weakness to. So....RIP Sylveon from that one episode of XY, and also Serena's Sylveon as well. And any other fairy-type in the games or anime.
Primarina
1. Sparkling Aria
Sparkling Aria is a good STAB move that works well with Primarina's high special attack stat. The only downside is that it does cure burns, but unless you use this on a grass-type Pokemon, that won't matter all that much.
2. Moonblast
Moonblast is another powerful attack that provides good STAB coverage. Just don't do what I did and try to use it on poison-types because I had nothing better to use.
3. Psychic
Good coverage against Primarina's poison weakness and good against fighting types
4: Shadow ball
It's a great help against ghost types and strong psychic types like Alakazam and good coverage over all.
