Chapter 15: Cameron
After getting situated in a comfortable position of me on my side, Jade pressed into my chest and an arm over her, I grabbed the remote. I turned on TLC, Honey Boo Boo was on . Jade snuggled into me, shivering. I pulled my blanket up over us. She wrapped her legs around mine and almoa pushed me off the bed. I grabbed onto my bedside table. "Babe you gotta be careful. You almost pulled me off."
"Sorry. I'm just so happy. You're mine." She grabbed behind me and missed me hand. She got my thigh. And a little to the left. "Opps! Sorry." I laughed.
"Dontt worry. It's fine." I extended my hand to her and she grabbed it. She rubbed her thumb over my knuckles and her ring hit my hand.
"What's the story behind the ring?" She asked holding onto my hand, but still examining her ring.
"Um. It was my grabmothers diamond. And I just had it made into a ring. I had our initials melted into the inside of it." I toke the ring off her.finger, flipping it over to show her. She gasped. I put the ring back on her finger. She grabbed the remote and turned the volume down. "Imagine it. Eventually we'll have little children running around this house. Diapers, formula, birth." I laughed.
"Fun." Jade shoved meet and I fell off the bed. She laughed louder. She reached down a hand and I pulled her. She fell on top of me a and I kissed her. She kissed me back, reaching up so I didn't have to lean down so much. I wrapped my hands on her face, holding it. She let go and laughed.
"I've always wondered why you love me. It's because only I can deal with your insanity." She said,, lying back down in my lap. I picked her up and put her on her head, crawling in after her. "Yup. That's why. Not because you make me happy, or you're the most beautiful thing in the world. Or that I've loved you since Kindergarten." She turned to me, her eyes a happy shade of blue.
"Really?" She asked, locking her hand with my hand.
"Really."
