Its good to showcase Muslim women as pilots and doctors and news anchors and activists but lets not forget women at home or stay at home mothers need to be celebrated equally.
Somehow we play into the western narrative of Muslim women being oppressed when we only showcase Muslim women with profession as strong women.
My entire life my mother has had no profession apart from being a home maker and I do not know any woman stronger than her.
Women who decide to stay at home and take care of their families are not oppressed and are not less worthy of being celebrated.
