Two Teams Of The Tower {Harry Potter two generations later fanfiction}

Chapter 1

Carina Adromeda Malfoy woke up at six o'clock to find her light blonde curly hair all over her face causing her to not be able to see. She groaned and pushed herself up in her bed. She tried to organise her hair with little result. She heard her little brothers in the rooms either side of her getting up, attempting to be quiet. She grinned, she realised what the day was. She got out of her bed and got dressed, she pulled her orange jumper knitted magically with the big letter C on it. She pulled on a pair of jeans and ran downstairs. Today she was going back to Hogwarts, her second home.

"MORNING!"  Lynx, one of her little brothers, called, waking up their parents, which was never a good thing

"LYNX CAELUM MALFOY" Scorpius Malfoy's voice bombed "WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT SHOUTING AT SIX O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING?"

"Sorry Dad..." Lynx whispered

"I KNOW WHAT'S COMING NEXT PHOENIX ORION MALFOY, DONT YOU DARE" Rose shouted

"Ohh" Phoenix said, walking into his sisters room. His hand in his ginger hair

"Get out Nix" Carina said, grabbing the brush from her bedside table and pulling it through her knotty hair

"No" Phoenix said "You can't boss me about, and don't call me Nix"

"Stop being a whiny, I'm three years older than you, and you will get out of this room right now!" Carina said, putting the brush down and shooing her little brother out of her room

"I'm looking for something!" he said, dodging his sisters arms

"What could possibly be in here that you want?" Carina sighed "Just get out idiot" Phoenix sighed and walked out the room. Carina walked around the room, quickly packing all the stuff she needed that hadn't been put in her trunk already 

"Carrie!" Rose called from downstairs "Come here a minute sweetie!" Carina ran down the stairs to find Rose standing by the window she always stood at, she should have guessed should would be there, Rose liked stairing out of windows

"What's the matter Mum?"  she said, walking up next to her and crossing her arms after pushing her thick hair out of her eyes for already the tenth time that day

"Do you remeber Clarissa and McKenzie Dursley?" Rose asked, putting her hands in her jean pockets and turnng to Carina

"Um, vaguely, aren't they Oscar's aunties? The witches, that's how Oscar's a wizard right?" Carina asked, uncrossing her arms and facing her mother

"Yes, that's right, well, Clarissa's daughter Rosetta, andMcKenzie's daughter Jaelynn, are witches too, and it's their first year this year, so Clarissa and McKenzie have asked me if you would do them a favour and look out for them?" 

"Sure, why not? But why didn't they ask Oscar?" Carina asked, confused

"I don't know, but they asked you, can I owl them and tell them you will keep an eye out for them?" Rose asked, running a hand through her chin-length, magically straight bright red hair

"Owl away, I'll go tell Pheo, he'll be in their year, and maybe I should tell Cassie, Amie and Leif too"Carina said, walking towards the stairs

"That's a good idea, I'll tell Pheo, but you owl your cousin, and ask Neville or  Fabian to tell Cassie and Leif" Rose said, following Carina upthe stairs to speak to Phoenix

"Sure, whatever" Carina walked into her messy room to find Lynx in there

"What are you doing in here Lynx!" She shouted , Lynx almost fell over in shock 

"I was looking for something!" Lynx exclaimed standing up

"Why are you and Pheo BOTH looking for things in MY room?" Carina asked, shooing Lynx towards the door, she shook her head and crossed her arms "Just go"

"Sure, whatever"  Lynx sighed, rubbing his glabella

Carina sighed and sat down on the chair at her desk-why couldn't it be ten o'clock already and the family would leave to go to kings cross?  She pulled out bits of parchment and a quill

 

'Dear America, Amie,

So, do you remember Clarissa and McKenzie? I don't suppose you do, it's been years since you've met up with them, at least five, and they were Mum's friends, not Uncle Hugo's really... 

Anyway, Clarissa's daughter, Rosetta, and McKenzie's daughter, Jaelynn, are starting hogwarts the same time as you, and Clarissa and McKenzie are really worried, Rosetta and Jaelynn don't have an all-wizard/witch family like we are lucky enough to have so they weren't brought up with the stories. 

I don't know if you remember, but Clarissa and McKenzie are witches, they were just very alone in their time at Hogwarts, they kept to themselves a lot. And they married Muggles, so Rosetta and McKenzie are half-blood. 

Anyway, I was just wondering if you would be kind enough to keep an eye out for them? Make friends with them maybe, make sure they are okay? I will be asking Leif and Cassie too, and Pheo has been asked by Mum, so don't worry, you won't be the only one.

After writing a letter to her cousin, Fabian, Carina let her tawny owl Emmalee, out of her cage and attatched the letters to her leg before opening her window and telling her were to go. Emmalee flew out the window just as Carina was called downsatairs again. She ran down the stairs to see her Mother and Father sitting on the sofa with Lynx and Phoenix just reaching the door to the living room, after her. 

"What's up?" Carina said, putting her arms around her brother's shoulders and jokingly hugging them

"You guys ready to leave?" Scorpius said, sighing and standing up

"Already?" Lynx exclaimed "It's only seven o'clock!  We don't usually leave for another three hours?"

"Why what's wrong? Dad?!?" Carina exclaimed "What's happened?"

"Nothing, nothing you need to know right now, you will find out when you need to" Rose sighed "Come on, quickly, we need to go, Albus and Caia are picking us up" 

"They're picking us up?!? But there will be ten of us! We won't fit in the car!" Phoenix exclaimed

"Well, they are coming in their car and we are going in ours but when they get here we are leaving!" Scorpius said "So go get your stuff and bring it down here"

Confession- Eva completely wrote all of this chapter, except for a few little tweaks I did with spelling and character names I had already decided (sorry Eva!)
