From the future

chapter 10

~LEXY'S POV~
I saw Halle run out of the car and heard dally yell for her to come back. Then Ponyboy and Johnny got out. "Guys?! Come back!" He yelled. I tried to get out of the car but I couldn't because I couldn't put any weight on my ankle. I didn't know what to do so I just sat there. When Dally saw Halle go into the church he freaked out and ran to help them.
He helped get all the kids out and was trying to help Johnny and get the fire on his legs put out. He turned around just in time to see Halle rip off her shirt, her burnt arm and her pass out. He ran over to her and started to cry. I think that he thought he lost her.
That's when the sirens came. They put out the fire and put Johnny in the stretcher. One of the paramedics came up to me and asked what had happened.
"Are you okay?"
"Oh,I broke my ankle and this was the best we could fix it." I said. He waved over one of his friends and they got out a stretcher and put me on it. Dally got in the ambulance with Halle and I was in the same ambulance as Ponyboy. All the sudden I felt really light headed and I passed out.
~DALLY'S POV~
I was trying to put out the fire in Johnny's legs and I turned around to see Halle trying to put out the fire. I took my jacket off and put out the fire. I turned around again and saw Halle rip off her shirt, look at her arm and pass out. The ambulances came and took Johnny. Then another one came and took Ponyboy and Lexy. Another one was waiting for us. Some paramedics took Halle on the strecher and I looked at my arm and then felt the pain. It was burned pretty bad. I got in the ambulance and sat by Halle. I grabbed her non burnt hand "Halle, don't leave me I just got you." I was on the verge of tears.
"Hey, are you ok?" The driver asked. "Yeah I'm fine." I looked at my ring on her finger and I noticed she put it on her ring finger. And lucky enough it was on the hand that was ok. I knew she was going to have a scar and I hoped everyone else was ok.
