Maggy didn't get Guren he seem very different from the others. In fact they were all very different from each other, but the fact that the red and black haired boy was so composed was even worse then Chooki's cheery attitude.
"Ummmm.." Guren though
Maggy looked around then her eyes landed on Max. Max was just as calm as Guren. The eyeless cat looked in Maggy direction. It was odd Maggy felt like she couldn't look away. Suddenly Guren snapped his fingers.
"Did you get any of that."
"No sorry." She apologized
"I said your memories are big factors in secrets. People can be changed by these memories or be corrupted from them. So go on."
Maggy thought for a minute. She did have pretty bad memories from both recent years and, back when she was little, but she didn't want to admit.
"I don't have memories that bad."
A flame on one of the candles went out. Maggy turned her head and internally panicked. Guren raised an eyebrow.
"Did you try to lie to me?"
Guren's voice made Maggy feel both fearful and ashamed.
"Yes. I don't like talking about my past."
Maggy looked Guren in the eyes showing her seriousness. Guren frowned, his eyebrows shifted down, a newly ticked off attitude clearly visible.
"Let me make this clear. You have it much much easier than you think. Up until now no one has had the 'heart' to tell you that we are the reason this world continues to live on, why that brickification took place and was gotten rid of. We are the reason why this happened to us. We have given our flesh, our muscle, Our Time, OUr ENErgy, OUR LIVES
Guren voice grew loader, he shot up from his sit, both of his hands on the table.
"YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW PAINFUL IT WAS FOR INJURIES OF THE PAST TO CATCH UP TO US! I ASK YOU FOR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THIS ONLY FOR YOU TO RESPOND BY SAYING YOU'RE NOT COMFORTABLE!"Maggy watched in indescribable discomfort as the stitches started to rip through the skin as Guren continued to yell. Maggy wanted to warn him but she was scared of what would happen if she did. Suddenly the skin gave in.
Scabs ripped opened, blood pored out, the stitches dropped on the table along with an inhuman amount of blood.Guren stopped and put his hands on his face trying to stop the bleeding.
"I'm sorry. Let me try to help. I've done this before, on myself and others. In fact I've gotten decent. I'll just go and find something to stich that back."
Maggy ran off to find a needle and thread to help. Unknown to Maggy, The black and white cat followed the unsuspecting journalist.
Maggy looked through the house, then finally had only on more room to look in, Guren's room. She entered the room and saw thread with a needle. She grabbed the items. Before Maggy could walk away Max jumped up on the desk. Maggy jumped a little. Max starred in silence.
Feeling unsafe Maggy walked away. Only for the feline to follow.
When Maggy got back to the kitchen she set the items down. She looked at the undead boy.
Guren sat there looking......limpMaggy's heart rate sky rocketed. She ran to the red and black haired male and lifted his head.
Guren violet eyes were dull.
Maggy panicked.
Then Max started meowing frantically. Maggy tried looked to the distressed animal, but before she could darkness fell over Maggy. She stood in silence, her heart rate still high.
Soon enough, a laugh became audible.
A blue light appeared. Maggy walked to it. The light formed a door. She walked in.
Then there before her was a group of friends. Guren's friends."This was what it was like."
Maggy's eyes widen, as the undead red and black haired male appeared behind his former self.
"This was how we spent a lot of our time. But even the closet of friends hide secrets."
More darkness followed.
Someone scram.
Other memory.Guren stood above the corpse of an adult male. A knife stuck in his forehead. Guren looked as if insanity took over. He quickly removed the knife without touching the corpse, and disposed of it. Then he picked up Max. The feline was limp. Guren silently cried as cradled his cat and went back to his house. He then called the police, and lied saying that he found his neighbor dead while he was returning something.
Maggy could find no words that would begin to describe what the brutal reality of the memory was.
"It was his fault. Max means everything to me. And to boost he was given to me before my mother died. Since then Max and I became brother to each other. I wasn't going to let some dirt bag kill my brother."
Maggy looked to her right. The table from before, dimly illuminated by a lamp. Max rested in Guren's arms. Maggy once again sat in the seat across from Guren. The candles reappeared, Maggy still having 9 more chances.
"As humans we forget a lot, but the memory still resigns in our heads. I have reasons to want to help you.
Maggy sighed in relief.
"But you caused pain to two of my friends. Toxsa i know doesn't care at this point, but Ceylan is sensitive. And I want you dead for what you did to to him."Maggy put her head in her hands, holding back tears. The memory of Maggy using the knife on Ceylan replayed. Guren turned his head to see the scene. But it was the replace by something from Maggy childhood.
Guren watched as everything quickly got disturbing.
Afterwards Guren slowly redirected his gaze to Maggy.
For once the someone else felt the same discomfort Maggy has felt many times before.
