Maggy reached the living room but a lot of the candles were out. She stopped as she saw Chooki pitch the wick of a candle, not even bothered by the heat of the flame.
"Doesn't that hurt?" Maggy questioned
"No. I don't have any feeling in my fingers. But hey just because I don't feel pain doesn't mean I don't have game." Chooki said proudly as he put another candles out
"Why are you doing that." Maggy questioned getting scared
"Have you ever played man-hunt. I'm going to assume no. Well the rules are simple. You run away while it's dark. Completely dark.
He puts out another candle
"I tried to find in complete darkness
The second to last candle out
"And the game starts now."
The last candle was out. Maggy bolted. Unknown to Maggy a timer started. Minutes passed but they felt like hours. Chooki was very quiet. Fortunately for Chooki, he could sense the presence of other, tho for Maggy it was an unfortunate thing. But Maggy had figured out how to get the advantage. She was more than certain that when he is feeling strongly about something, his senses go down a long with his guard. Then Maggy got an idea she wasn't going to hide anymore but instead get back at him for all his games. Maggy was completely silent. She opened her bag, and pulled out an orb. It was a small but powerful recorder, witch she had 10 of. Maggy had hummed a song while all of them were recording, to use if needed. And they are needed.
The orb the size of a golf ball, and had three buttons on the side, a blue one for play, a red one for stop, and a yellow one for record. Maggy put the orb down and pressed play, Then ran as fast and as silently as possible.
As expected the audio was load. Chooki's head snapped in the direction of the noise.
"Well after all of those smart things she did, she does something as stupid as this. As if I couldn't hear that." Chooki said rolling his eyes if he had any
Then confidence that he knew were she was built up. Chooki walked to the place in witch he heard the humming. But to his surprise no one was there. He looked down and saw the recorder. Confusion, went to shock, then anger. Chooki let out a monsterous growl, then in one powerful stomp, Chooki crushed the devise.
"WHAT KIND OF TRICKS ARE YOU TRY TO PULL!!!!"
Chooki's voice boomed through the house. Maggy smiled with pride knowing she got him to get blindly enraged. She knew if he's angry he wouldn't notice much.
The timer continued to tick down only 2 minutes remaining. Maggy had decide to annoy the blonde a little more. Maggy pulled a box of matches from her bag then went to the living room and, lit 3 candle. Maggy put the used match out the put it with other. From the other room Chooki see the lights. By the time he walked Maggy was gone, but it didn't make him happy to know that she technically broke the rules. Chooki was about to scream again, but instead he calmed himself and put the candles out again.
Time was nearly up, and Maggy had not known that the hunter was now calmed enough to build his senses back up. Maggy saw the front door and she had the urge to test it. But before she could four knife like nails ripped through the skin of her back. Maggy scram in pain, her heart rate severely increased, and she was incapable of fighting back.
Maggy dodged another attack. Moving out of hit rang. She looked the at murderous male before her. Chooki raised his hand once more to deliver the final blow. Maggy clenches her eyes together waiting for the end. But first.
"Why are you doing this! What do you gain!" Maggy yelled tear falling from eyes
Ding. ding. ding.
The sound of a grandfather clock rang through the house. Chooki lowered his hand and head then closed his eyes, and in a blink of an eye, he gone. The door opened. Maggy exited the house, closed the door behind her, then walked down the street.
While Maggy was walking she had forgotten about the cuts back, until a woman offered to take care of it. The woman cleaned and bandaged the cuts. The woman then offered to make Maggy something to eat, While the she did that Maggy looked through her bag. Maggy froze as she saw a note.
I'm sorry if it seems like all we want to do is hurt you. We want to protect our homes. We are not out hurt anyone, but we can't help it. If you do care, try and help the break away from this insanity. Whatever is takes. I just want my friends back.

Maggy felt tear of sympathy swell I her eyes. Suddenly Maggy phone buzzed. Maggy looked, seeing a text message had been sent.
