"In case anyone asks, you are my friend from district 'ALZ'. Got it?" Jimin looked over at the overwhelmed Yoongi. Being this tiny was an indescribable feeling. Regular grass and flowers were towering over his head, trees skyscraping even further up. While the ground was rigid, like an earthy desert with dunes. Pebbles were now large rocks, and dust, sand and little twigs were scattered everywhere as pebbles, glistening from some slug trails under the warm, afternoon sun. Seeing such mundane things from a different perspective was eye opening and incredible.

"Earth to Yoongi!" Jimin waved a hand in front of the older boy's face, grinning at his awed expression. "Like what you see?" Yoongi hastily nodded and gave an open mouthed sigh.
"It's just so.. surreal.. it needs some getting used to,"
"We don't have the time for that, let's go!" Jimin laughed and pulled Yoongi by his arm, hand tightly gripping his. The blue haired boy could not even comprehend what was happening, when he was dragged over the leaves and branches. Jimin was guiding them both, occasionally using his wings to leap from one branch or leaf to another. They were going fast, and Yoongi was worried about sliding off a leaf, or if it would rip under their weight. That, thankfully didn't happen, they just gracefully (well, Jimin was graceful where as Yoongi was a terrified sock puppet) made their way to the 'YMN' district village.

"And the most important thing, you will tell absolutely NO ONE that you are human, understood?" Jimin warned with a strict voice, making Yoongi gulp.
"Then, what am I?" He asked cautiously.
"Well.." the blonde thought for a moment, "I guess you can say that you're a fairy, since we are the most similar to people."
"What about the wings?" He really was not sure if his story would be convincible.

"Hmm, about that.. I have a friend, Seokjin, who lost his wings because he disobeyed the authorities."
"Really? What did he do?"
"He sorta had a thing going on with Namjoon, the second administrative. He was accused that Namjoon was blackmailed by him. And even though he tried to defend him, saying that he was doing it by his own will, the higher forces didn't believe them and chopped his wings off." Jimin said, a sad tone in his voice.
"That's terrible.." Yoongi muttered in disbelief. So discrimination was everywhere, not even a magical fairy realm was safe from the horrors of this world..
"Buuut, it was all good in the end. Seokjin redeemed himself, and even got a position as Namjoon's assistant. They are now happily married. I even attended their wedding! It was beautiful.." the fairy smiled at the memory.

"I'm getting distracted again. Let's go!" Jimin once again pulled the older's hand. Though this time it didn't go unnoticed, a soft blush present on Yoongi's cheeks as he glanced at their intertwined fingers. They reached the village shortly, and Yoongi's breath hitched. He didn't understand how it was possible to be surprised and amazed by everything, yet this village topped all of his expectations.

The smart creatures were very efficient at using space, so every millimeter of it was put to some use. Houses were made out of everything and anything. From underground 'apartaments' under tree trunks to little huts from dried vegetables such as pumpkin and squash. There were also tiny houses that seemed almost like human buildings - built using tree branches and hay for the roof. Everything was a little cramped, but that did not compromise their work of life in any way. The village was loud and lively, inhabitants chatting and working on houses and other constructions. It seemed that it was one big family, everyone contributing their efforts to something.

The more he looked around, the more similarities he saw with the human world. There were too, bars, restaurants and shops. Entertainment was also present, but not as much as in Korea or other developed countries. Seemingly, as a lot of the time goes to labour work, not enough for 'pointless' leisure.

"So who do we have here, Jimin? It this why you spent less time with us this week?" Yoongi flinched and turned around, meeting two fairies, taller than both him and Jimin.
"Care to introduce us?" The other voice said. They were both attractive as well. What is up with fairies being so beautiful? Yoongi thought. Both wearing similar earthy coloured outfits to Jimin, one had a bright smile and bright red hair to complement his features. The other one had dark hair and eyes, but an adorable smile letting his bunny-like teeth show.

"Hobi! Kookie! Hi!" Jimin chirped, not phased by their sudden appearance, "This is my friend from district 'ALZ' who came to visit,"
"So you have other friends apart from us?" The red haired boy said, teasing. He shone them a smile that radiated happiness and positivity. Yoongi almost wished he had brought his shades with him.
"Not funny Hoseok, this is Yoo- um.."
"Suga. Min Suga." Yoongi quickly interrupted Jimin. He did not want to reveal his real name... at least yet.

He saw the subtle questioning glance from Jimin but continued his act deciding to deal with it later,
"Nice to meet you," he said as he extended his hand for both the fairies to shake.
"No lie stays buried forever" his mother would often tell him, the thought circling in the subconscious of his brain. He knew that for a fact, and prayed that the truth would be uncovered sometime later. Preferably, when he would not be there to witness it.

I'm really into the fantasy type cartoons, such as Epic and Tinkerbell series. They inspired me to this story and I try to portray my imagines of the surroundings and the village as best as I can, idk how successfully though.. XD
