Ben's p.o.v
----------------

Jasper was a pain in everyones' ass. He was the kind of guy that skipped training frequently and fought with the other kids. He was only a year younger than me, but he was a child.

When I first met him he was in the middle of beating up two younger kids that pulled a prank on him. When I told Luke, Jasper told him that I had done it, and Luke believed him. I wasn't very suprised. I was the new kid after all, and Luke knew I had a bad history with my parents. That's why they sent me here in the first place.

Jasper walked towards me and pushed me backwards onto the ground. I glared at him as he kicked dirt from off the ground onto me. "HEY! Knock it off! What did he ever do to you?" Rey walked towards Jasper and as she defended me. I was surprised.

"Stop torturing him like this!" Rey stood in front of me, holding her staff in front of her. My eyes widened as she walked even closer to him. Jasper looked down at Rey, and I saw a smirk appear on his lips. "Oh Rey......you really are a naive little girl aren't you." It all happened so fast. He got his hand and wrapped it around her neck and used the other to hold her hands behind her back. I saw a tear fall from her face as she tried to be brave for my sake. I lost it.

I swung myself up off the ground and pulled my lightsaber out of my belt. "Leave her alone." For a moment I was scared of myself; scared, thinking about what I wanted to do. My voice was so low that chills ran down my spine. I repeated myself, trying to get my message across to him. "Jasper, let her go."

"And why would I do that?" I could tell by his tone that he wasn't going to let her go unless I made him. The kids behind him were looking around, trying to spot onlookers that might be there. They knew there was going to be a fight, and they knew Japser wanted one.
