Chapter 14 ~
Kohl's Pov
"Kohl I..." She started. My heart pounded in my chest.
"Avery look, I know I've been a complete dick to you these past weeks, but Avery, I love you. You're the best thing that's happened to me. Ever since I've met you, I actually smile for no reason, but there is a reason. You. So please, say yes," I said to her
"Yes Kohl, I'll be your girlfriend," she said, a huge smile plastered on her face.
"Now get your butt back inside and eat breakfast," she teasingly ordered
"Aye aye captain," I joked back with her.

When I arrived home, my first thought was of how happy I was. That was quickly erased when I heard my sisters ear piercing scream.
"Kyleigh!? Sam!?" I shout
Her wailing scream comes again followed by a smash. I run upstairs to her room. Nothing. I bolt across the hall to Sam's. Nothing. Quickly I dash down the hall to my room. There, on the bed, is my younger brother and sister tied down, and my father sitting on one of the chairs, a gun twirling his fingers.
"Ahh Kohl, how nice of you to join us," he smirks
"What are you doing here?" I spit
"Now is that anyway to talk to your father?" He asks still smirking
"I don't give a flying damn about what way I should talk to you. Why are you here, and what are you doing with them?" I growl
"I was hoping for some family bonding time. Now you either come with me willingly, or I take them and let you watch them suffer," he says a hard look on his face.
"You leave them alone for good, I'll go with you," I say crossing my arms
"Kohl no!" Kyls screams
"Deal." He says going to untie my brother and sister
"No. I'll do it," I say. He looks at me and steps out of the room. I quickly untied them and they flew into my arms
"Kohl, no" she cried
"Listen to me. You find Avery, you tell her that he got me. Tell her that she must get the boys and go to the old factory. Tell her not to go unarmed." I said in a hushed voice.
"I love you both," I tell them
"We love you to," they say in sync before I stand and leave my brother and sister.
I hope they find Avery in time. I follow my "dad" through my house and watch him. We had a family photo taken the year before he left. My mom still had it around, but she cut my dad out of it. His face went from angry, to sad, back to angry in a minute. I guess he was sad that my mom cut him off from our family. Literally.
Avery's POV
Kohl had gone home about an hour ago, so I just decided to have a lazy day. Not that I wasn't going to do anything else.
Then came a small knock on my door. Thinking it was the little kid next door who liked to play with Loki, I called him down. But what was waiting for me at the door shocked me.
"Kyleigh? Sam? What's wrong?" I asked concerned when I saw the tears streaking down their faces.
"Dad....Kohl......factory......boys......armed......" They gasped out
"Here come inside" I said and brought them inside.
They sat down eagerly on the couch and I got them some water. They gulped it down in five seconds flat.
"Okay now what's going on?" I asked calmly
"Our dad came. He took Kohl. He said to tell you they're at an old factory, and that you need to get his friends and not to go in unarmed." Kyleigh said
He took Kohl
Took Kohl
He took him.......
~Authors Note~
Hey guys!!! Sorry for such the long wait! I actually forgot about updating tbh! I'm so so so sorry!
Anyways I have a question. I'm thinking of writing this book. It's about this girl Jaycee (pronounced Jayce-ee) (could also change to Lacey but idk yet) and her four best friends that are guys. I'll just give you guys the discription.
Jaycee Connellan is just your regular small town, horseback riding, dirt road loving, country music listening, southern sassin country girl. Everyone sees her as this sassy girl with boys hanging off her arms. Austin Drake, Daniel Reed, Jake Coleman and Ben Young know the real Jaycee though. The group of five have known each other since the diaper days. But after almost 15 years together can the group survive through a fight between their two best friends or will this famous group of five break into pieces?
It's called Forever. Do You Remember?
So if I was to post it would any of you read it? Lemme know!
