forever to be mine

chapter 2

Opening the car door , i took out my bag and cleaning stuff this could take a while i said to myself i haven't even looked in the bedroom yet god only knows what the bed looks like at least i have some clean sheets, pillows and a duvet, if i get the kitchen cleaned up first at least i can get some shopping in and maybe i could invite the hunk next door in for a drink, what if he doesn't drink, what if he does and likes it too much things could easily get out of hand i don't want him to think  i'm easy like that bitch Sarah, i swear she walks around with her legs permanently ajar as an open invitation for any man to just jump on! Not Katelyn she was different as was once referred to as a "Lady" and she knew how to keep a man interested without having to strip naked she had personality, charm and a cheeky smile to pull it all off . 

Opening the windows breathed new life into the old house, looking out over the grounds i spied Joel walking towards my house with a box in his arms- "what the hell is he doing" i though dusting myself down and checking my hair in the mirror i fled down the stairs just as the knock came to the door.

Reaching to open the door i caught a glimpse of my trembling hands trying to compose myself before i oped the door to who i was sure was the damn near sexiest guy on this earth he would certainly give Achilles and prince Hector a run for there money,

i turned the handle - "Hey there" he said in a deep rough voice i brought you a welcome gift thought you might need these nobody has lived here in a while. "Thanks i said stunned that he would care enough to bring me a gift box of essentials. "Come in, would you like a drink?? just as the words escaped my mouth i realised i didn't get out to do any shopping " sure he said there is Tea and coffee in the box, and chocolate biscuits i was hungry i thought you might be too, i couldn't help but notice you cleaning" he said with a cheeky grin! and just at that my phone started to ring looking at the screen i saw it was Maeve, she was my best friend since we were little kids and without her i doubt i would have survived the last few months, she was beautiful inside and out and made me see that i didn't need to have a man to be complete and of course as always she was right- Maeve was always right she knew that skin tight cat suit was a bad idea for last years Christmas party not mention all those times she saved my skin ya Maeve was a good one alright an angel who hadn't gotten her wings,... yet.

"Hey Maeve" i shrieked "i'v missed you" " it's only been a day, so whats the house like i cant wait to come and visit, speaking of visits how would next weekend sound??? Maeve said excitedly, "sounds perfect i might even just have the rest of the house finished by then........ going off track  i notice Joel had changed he wasn't wearing the tight vest top he had on earlier, now he wore a long sleeved white t shirt it was so light i could just about make out the tattoo he had on his shoulder it was a black panther running, and with that my train of thought sank straight into the gutter, bet he's a real animal too when he gets going i thought... HELLO, HELLO ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?? Maeve screamed down the phone -what??? yes of course I'm listening, hey why don't we have a BBQ while your here i have a great garden for it! "ya, sure i have to go now but i'l chat to you tomorrow, bye. and with that Maeve hung up.

i was mesmerised my Joel walking around in my kitchen his muscles bursting through his shirt, its not natural for a guy to look so good and be so nice about it as though he never looked in a mirror and saw what everyone else saw a god like figure and here he is in my kitchen boiling the kettle some body pinch me iv got to be dreaming and if i am don't you dare wake me up.
