after you, stiles, lydia and allison saved aiden and boyd at the motel, you rushed around trying to find isaac while the others tried to find scott.
you finally came across a room where you heard quiet sobs. you slowly opened the door, the room only being lit up by the staticky tv. you made your way into the dark room where you saw isaac sitting on the bed, crying.
your heart broke as you looked at him. you absolutely hated seeing him like this.
"isaac? it's y/n." you said, kneeling in front of him.
he stared at you for a quick moment before looking away. "go away."
"you know i can't do that."
"why not?" he asked, staring down at the ground. "the world would probably be better off without me. nobody needs me."
you shook your head before grabbing his hand. "i need you, isaac. so damn much. i don't know what i'd do if you left me."
"for some reason, heat brings them back." you remembered stiles say before he ran off with lydia and allison to find scott.
you quickly found the lighter in your purse before placing it against his arm and lighting it. his arm jerked back and you could see the light return to his eyes.
you sighed before holding him against your chest. "i love you so much, isaac."
"i love you too, y/n." he said while resting his head against your shoulder, not exactly remembering what just happened.
