malia as she watched you side with theenemy.
malia had always been scared that theo raeken would steal you away from her. the minute he came back to beacon hills, everything changed. you and theo were best friends in elementary school before he moved. you started spending most of your nights with the boy and started responding to the pack less and less.
soon enough, theo showed his true colors and his plans were revealed.
malia was with scott and liam in an abandoned building searching for theo. you typically would have been with them but they knew they needed to give you time, you were still hurt over the news that malia broke to you.
as scott rounded a corner, he was thrown harshly into a wall, liam right after, leaving them both disoriented. malia growled and flashed her electric blue eyes at theo and went to lunge at him when arms grabbed her from behind.
she was thrown into the wall like her two friends, just not as roughly. the werecoyote coughed as she slowly sat up, breathing heavily as she stared at you, standing next to theo.
"you're on his side?" the heartbreak she was feeling was evident in her voice. you were the first person she trusted when she was turned back to human. you were her anchor. the love of her life. "y/n, listen to me, this isn't you."
"it is now." you smirked before grabbing theo's hand, the tears in malia's eyes finally fell, a stream of tears rolling down her cheeks. you couldn't help the guilt you felt as you stared at the girl you once cared for more than anything cry. but the feeling quickly went away as you turned on your heel with the boy and began walking out of the building.
