15. BTS Reaction to You Smoking in the Past

Jin: "Jagi..." He'd be really shocked at this revelation, and for a moment he would avert his gaze, trying to formulate his chaotic thoughts into words and sentences. The most important of them all, though, would be how worried he is for you - how many years has been cut off from the duration of your life? How is your health?

" you admit, glancing up at him. He stares at you, then off into the distance, then back at his phone, giving a little shake of the head. He doesn't question you about it, only wonders why you started and how you stopped. But he would watch you more carefully when it comes to smoking and cigarettes after that, wanting to protect you from the harmful smoke because no doubt, you've done some sort of damage to your lungs even if it wasn't for long.

J-Hope: "Confession time," you say suddenly, sitting down across from him. He looks up in surprise. "I've smoked in the past before," you start, cutting straight to the point. "If you ever see me with a pack of cigarettes or something, please stop me, okay?" He nods slowly, taking in this new information with some thought.

This would be a time where he would reveal his more subdued serious side, instead of the bubbly and screaming Hoseok we are more accustomed to seeing. He'd be shocked at the suddenness of it all, but it would morph into worry at the thought that you might fall back into an ugly habit. "I'll watch out for you well, (Y/N)," he promises, then averts his gaze once more as he continues to think about this secret you have hidden.

" He grins again, a little embarrassed at what he has said but not caring much as he just wants to express his love and care for you. He tucks this new fact about you in the corner of his mind, brushing the dust away from it from time to time just so he can keep an eye on you out of his compassion for you, for he doesn't want you to return to smoking and filling your lungs with ash and charcoal.

I mean, we're all taught that smoking is bad, so how come people do it anyway?" he murmurs to you quietly after the pair of you have walked by a smoker leaning against a wall. You respond hesitantly that you have actually smoked before, but stopped however long ago. He looks at you with slightly-widened eyes, then says, "Smoking?

You mean, here?" And he points at his lips, indicating where the cigarette would be. You nod, and mimic his hand movement mockingly, a slight grin on your face. "You haven't smoked since, right? Okay, good," he says quickly and changes the subject. Of course, he is worried about you, but he wouldn't want to dwell on the topic too much.

V: He takes a moment to process what you have just said, playing around his hands in thought, then looking up with wide eyes. "Wait, what?" he would say, jaw dropped. "You - you smoked? Since when? When did you stop?

Are you alright?" He'll pound you with a flurry of questions from his combined curiosity and worries, for he doesn't want you to start up a bad habit once more. Taehyung would probably interrupt you when you started to speak: "I stopped a while ago-" "And don't you start up again! Ahh, jinja, that's not healthy, (Y/N)!"
