84. B.A.P roses on valentines day

Yongguk: You were stressed at work so the fact that it was Valentines Day had gone over your head. All you could think about was getting all your paperwork done before the end of the day. So when you find a single rose on your desk in the office you look at it completely confused.

You pick it up gently and examine it. It was just a rose. There was no note or anything to tell you whom it was from. You wonder if it's a mistake but somehow that one rose had made you feel better. So even if it was a mistake or if someone was just giving it to you as a joke you wouldn't care.

You shuffle around in your drawers and find something to put some water in it and put the rose in it. You then go back to doing all your work for the day.

All day you find yourself glancing at the rose and smiling at it. One of your co-workers had greeted you this morning and gave you a suggestive look when she saw the rose but you brushed it off saying it was a joke. But she suggests it might have been Yongguk.

"Yongguk?"

"Yeah, do you see the way he looks at you?"

"Don't be silly. You always jump to conclusions", you say so the topic is left.

But now your mind wonders to Yongguk. You keep on stealing glances at him as he works on his own desk. He had always been quiet and always spoke softly. You had talked to him several times and you actually got to know him really well during one of the company's outings. He had also always been nice to you, and every one and you had to admit he was good looking.

You tell yourself to focus on work and as you decide to steal one last glance at Yongguk, he stares right back at you. You gasp and look away instantly. You feel your face heat up as you sink a little it in your chair. You look back up at him and he is still looking at you. He smiles at you and you shyly smile back at him.

He goes back to doing his work and you go back to yours. And for the rest of the day you find yourself smiling while working.

Once it's time to go home you pack your things up and grab your little rose. You still don't have any idea who it's from or why you got it but it made you happy so it was going home with you.

You step out of the office building to see Yongguk is standing there. He smiles at you and you smile back.

"Hey", he says softly.

"Hi"

He eyes the rose in your hand.

"It was on my desk this morning, I have no idea who it's from", you explain as you examine it again.

"It was from me", he says and you look up at him.

His face is red and you can't help but smile. He looked cute flustered.

"It's beautiful, thank you", you say.

"Happy valentines day", he says, still sounding shy.

"Thank you...I don't have anything to give you in returns", you say with a little pout.

"How about a date?"

Himchan: Himchan greets you in the morning as you walk into the office. You return his greeting as you walk to your desk.

You had your coffee and were ready for work. All your focus in at work and the fact that it's Valentines Day has escaped your mind. Your work was never festive anyway so the office had its usual dull grey walls and no signs of any decorations. It wasn't imported to you anyway.

So when you find a rose on your desk while you were away from it for a few minutes to go make some copies you got so confused. At first, you thought someone might have accidentally dropped it but who drops a single rose on a desk? And anyway there was a little note tied to the rose with a pink ribbon. The note had your name on it, written in pretty cursive writing.
