83. B.A.P Pumpkin patch

Yongguk: He is calm as he drives the two of you to the local pumpkin patch. He smiles as he watches you get excited about something so simple but it makes him happy.

Despite his calm exterior he is actually excited to pick out and carve a pumpkin with you. When the two of you get to the pumpkin patch he holds your hand while you lead him around.

As the two of you look around he finds a pumpkin he likes. It's not a perfect pumpkin. It is shaped a little bit odd but he takes a liking to it instantly. And it was about the size of a football. It was perfect.

You laugh at the sight of him cutely holding the said pumpkin. You insist on taking a picture of him and his pumpkin but he gets shy. You tell him that you would only keep it for yourself and he finally agrees.

It turns out to be the cutest picture of him.

"I'm going to carve it like Tigger" he declares and you laugh as you try to figure out if he meant Tigger from Winnie the Pooh or his cute little son puppy, Tigger.

Himchan: He is super excited to go to the pumpkin patch with you. He has a wide smile on his face and he excitedly walks around the pumpkin patch while looking for the perfect pumpkin.

He wants to find the classic pumpkin for a classic Jack-O'-lantern. When the two of you had decided to do this little activity, Himchan had gone on Pinterest and pinned the most beautiful Jack-O'-lanterns on his board, which he had created just for the occasion.

Seeing him so excited makes you laugh as you look around for one for yourself. You were glad that he looked so happy. You follow him around and eventually he points out the most perfect pumpkin he had ever seen.

It was perfectly round and quite big. It was a shiny orange and Himchan knew he wanted that one. You couldn't deny that it was a perfect pumpkin.

You eventually end up picking one, which is a bit smaller, then his and he nods in approval.

"Our Jack-O'-lanterns can be a couple", he declared and you just laugh.

Daehyun: At first Daehyun was against the idea of carving out Jack-O'-lanterns saying it was a waste of good food and if he was to pick a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch he would rather cook it and eat a nice meal.

You manage to convince him only after you managed to find some recipes for what you could make with the pumpkin guts.

"You promise to roast the seeds for a snack?" he asks while he drives.

"For the 100th time, yes", you reply with a roll of your eyes.

"And you will make me that pumpkin cheesecake with the puree you make from the guts?"

"Yes", you reply again.

"Good! Find the biggest pumpkin to make the biggest pumpkin cheesecake!" he declares as you two arrive at the pumpkin patch.

You laugh at his excitement now that it meant he would get to eat some special treats. When he has chosen the biggest pumpkin he can hold, you aren't sure whether he is excited about carving a Jack-O'-lantern or the cheesecake.

Probably the cheesecake.

Youngjae: He had a wide smile on his face while you showed him some of the pumpkins you thought would be perfect for a Jack-O'-lantern. He personally didn't really care for the tradition but he was happy to see you smile.

"Oh my god! That one is so big!" you say as you point at a giant one.

"It almost looks like he ate another pumpkin", Youngjae says with a laugh.

"If we got that one, we could both just carve that one", you say with a smile.

"OK", he agrees and the two of you somehow manage to pick it up and pay for it.

And somehow the two of you manage to fit in the trunk of his car.

"Is it me or is your car dipping at the back?" you ask as you look at his car weirdly.

"It is dipping", he says and laughs.

"It really ate another pumpkin!"

"OH! We can carve it like Daehyun and his big mouth with all the guts spilling out of its mouth, just like when Daehyun stuffs his face with all the food!"

You can only laugh and somehow it turns into the perfect image of a hungry Daehyun stuffing his face.

Jongup: He had smiled and nodded at the idea of going to the pumpkin patch the way he does. He says it sounds fun but you wonder if he were just doing one of his "just smile and nod" thing or if he really thought it would be fun. Either way, the two of you were at the pumpkin patch today surrounded by countless amounts of pumpkin.

He followed you around like a lost puppy while the two of you looked around. He is quiet but he looks around with interest. Maybe he really did think it would be fun.

As you carry on looking you don't realize that he goes missing. When you finally find a pumpkin you like, you look back to realize that Jongup wasn't behind you.

"Jongup?" you call but there is no response.

You pick up the pumpkin you want and start to backtrack. Eventually, you spot a familiar figure crouched down looking at something on the floor.

"Jongup?"

He looks up and he is holding a tiny pumpkin in his hand. He gives you his sleepy smile.

"I found a pumpkin I like", he says and shows you the pumpkin, which is small enough just to perfectly fit in his hand.

"Isn't that an orange?"

Nether less to say, he manages to carve what looks like a Pikachu with his tiny pumpkin.

Junhong: When you first suggest going to the pumpkin patch he instantly agrees. He looks so excited to go that you can't help but smile at how happy and excited he looks.

And his excitement only grows when the two of you are at the pumpkin patch. He runs around like a little excited kid. Only he wasn't little. You laugh as you try and keep up with the excited Junhong.

"Slow down Junhong!" you gasp for air, as you have to run to keep up.

"Sorry, I forget about your little legs", he says with a laugh and earns himself a glare from you.

"Not everyone is a giant", you grumble but he laughs and wraps his hands around your waist and leads you around slowly.

"Is that better?"

You hum in reply.

Eventually, the two of you each find a pumpkin you like. Just as you two are about to leave, Junhong's eyes catch the large patch of hay laid out for some of the pigs.

"So cute!" Junhong says and goes to greet the two piglets.

You laugh and follow him.

"Can we take them home with us too?"

"I don't think their mum would appreciate you stealing her children", you say and point out the bigger pig and Junhong pouts.

You manage to drag him home somehow and he ends up carving his pumpkin as a cute little pig.
