Christmas Eve is my favorite church service every year it never fails to remind me where I belong. This year I was excited because I get to experience this with Dansby.

"You almost ready pretty girl?" Dans asks coming back into the bedroom.

"Almost." I hum strapping my heels on. "My dress long enough?" I ask turning around.

"Sadly." He pouts making me laugh.

"Sorry baby." I laugh patting his chest. "Do I look ok though?"

"You look gorgeous." He kisses my head before walking out. "But seriously hurry up we're going to be late."

Grabbing my phone of the dresser I hurry down the steps seeing him on the couch. "You hurry me then I come down you to find you lounging on the couch." I tease walking to the front door.

"Sorry madam. Let me make it up to you." With that he spun me around placing a firm kiss on my lips. "I am so in love with you Taegan." The sound of my name rolling off his tongue always sends chills down my spine.

"I can say the same thing about you." I reply kissing him once more. "Come on I wanna get a good seat." I lace our fingers together before pulling him to the car.

Pulling into the church parking lot we see Megan and Ender climbing out of their car. Parking beside them the four of us walk into the sanctuary and take a seat towards the front. As we sat down Dansby's hand found mine resting in my lap.

Megan and I have been coming to this church for 6 years now and I am thankful Dansby was willing to come with me on Christmas Eve here rather than his church I was also Nancy was so understanding with us coming here tonight.

After singing a few songs as a congregation Brother Andrew stepped up. "And now the part most everyone loves... Megan, Taegan if you would."

Dansbys and Ender looked confused as we smiled walking up to the stage. Grabbing the microphones I couldn't help the smile on my face growing as realization grows on Dansby's face.

{Taegan} Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day walk on water?

I began the song. For six years now Megan and I have always preformed this song here at the church and so many of the members looking forward to it.

As we held the last note everyone stood up clapping for us. But what really made my heart swell was the pride beaming off both our guys.

"Why didn't you tell me y'all were singing?" He asked as we sat down.

"Surprise." I grin. Dansby always loves when I sing for him, he claims I have the voice of an angle but I doubt that.
