Fatal Lies [#wattys2018]

Ch.1||Welcome to Fairhaven

  Today is moving day,All my stuff from the bedroom and the rest of our things had gone yesterday with the moving van. Today, it's just Mum, Dad and I making a long 2hours trip to Fairhaven. I've lived in the city since I was born, I pretty much grew up in the city, so moving to a little town scared me big time.
Just two weeks ago I was happily going to school, hanging with my friends and doing stuff everyone does, until Mum and Dad broke it down for me that Dad got a job in Fairhaven which came with a house so we were moving. My Dad is a Doctor, I like to think that he's the best, but he had been out of his job for a while now and I felt bad that if I refuse to move he would loose a one time opportunity, so I agreed reluctantly.
"Young lady, are you even listening", my mum's voice rang jotting me out of my thoughts. " Mmhm", I said looking out the car window. Mum was the paranoid type, whenever I was too quiet,she'll think I'm probably planning something or I'm not okay, all the same I loved her still.I tell her everything no secrets being the house rules, but I haven't told her about the weird dreams I have been having recently, I think one problem at a time is enough.
I heard them talking in serious tones after they told me we were moving. It seem like mum didn't want to move, but I guess she loved Dad to much so here we were, moving, almost 100000  miles away from the city.
"We're here, only 1 more mile", Dad smiled pointing to a road sign that said FAIRHAVEN 1MILE, I smiled back at him. I honestly didn't want to disappoint him today. He's had it bad since they took of his work as a regular Doctor.
As we got closer I tried to remember the little information I found on google about Fairhaven.The town was built along the coast line so they experience a lot of rain and almost no snow.They had a population of 767 and almost 200+ students when to the local high school.They had pretty much all the buildings a town should have.
The website made it sound so nice but I was dreading the moment I had to make new friends and stuff. Oh well hello new life away from home.
