There are well defined regions of the world, each with their own climate, landforms, vegetation, cultural significance, etc. among the five continents.

On the continent of Dinillahi, lie the Mashriq, Deshi and Ereb regions. Mashriq is known for its arid lands and deserts oasis to the west but transitions to flat plains before temperate grasslands with scattered woodland areas in the east. The Deshi region is mostly humid and tropical, especially in the south but the world's tallest mountainside in the north has cold peaks and leaves temperate lands near them. Ereb is a region that is milder than its neighbors, and ranges from having temperate forests and mountain ridges between many cities. Although the northernmost nation in this region can be pretty cold near its mountains.

The continent of Tianxia has the Sinim region which covers the gamut, from the arid steppes up north to the vast deserts of the northwest, the lush rice paddies of south central and the beaches of its subtropical islands. There is also the Zomia Tropics, a region dominated by vast tropical rainforests and island chains with some subtropical highlands along with their own culture that has been influenced by the neighboring Deshi and Sinim regions.

Adrioasis is a large continent with two significant regions. The climate of the Amerind region varies considerably due to differences in latitude and various geographic features. The Southern portions of the region contain a variety of humid subtropical climates, for long, hot, humid summers and mild to cool winters on average. Central Amerind is dominated by plains that have border semi-arid and near desert climates that often get searingly hot and alternate between dry and humid for much of the year and is extremely rugged and mountainous in the west. Northern Amerind features subarctic and arctic climates with short mild summers and long very cold winters.

The Guiana region to the south is expectedly the warmer region with tropical rainforests bordered by the largest mountain chain and very flat plains. It also has the world's biggest rainforest and the largest river, the longest mountain range, remote islands, heavenly beaches in the northeast, wide deserts, icy landscapes in the southern edge, and the world's tallest waterfall.

Songhai is a large continent with a wide range of climates to be found but since the continent is nearly centered on the equator, much of it is quite warm/temperate with very few, small areas on the continent experiencing any temperatures that can be considered "cold".  The northern region of Mashrib is a semi-arid area known for its sand dunes and large stone structures from ancient times. Zanjium is a region known for the large animals that roam its savannas and the rainforest basins near the equator.

Tasmantis is in the unique position of a continent that is also its own ecological region, a mass of scattered tropical islands of various sizes. It is a vast, arbitrarily defined expanse of the world where the ocean – rather than land borders – connects the nations. It is home to glistening white beaches, coconut palms swaying in the breeze, beautiful coral reefs, and rugged volcanic islands rising out of the blue sea. Its diverse islands have some of the world's most interesting cities or some of its most remote and culturally isolated villages.

Bodies of Water

In antiquity, their were four seas known as Seohae, Euxine, Arabecca, and Nostrumare. By modern times, three more seas were created from natural events, the Sindhu, Balcia, and Carabes.
