(Arthur up above! He is so hot! Personal celebrity crush <3 )
I walked next to Raven through this huge backyard, all the grass was dark green and I figured they watered it regularly. There was even a medium sized pond on the edge of the large lawn and I could see people out there swimming and yelling happily.
On the porch sat a few teenage girls in bikini's doing what I guess is tanning? But I wouldn't know as I'm a pale red head. All I do is gain freckles and get sunburned.
We walked over to this group of kids who were sitting in the grass playing cards it looked like. I didn't really want to talk to anyone but Raven quickly fizzled out my ideas of going by myself to explore when she pulled me down to sit next to her in this circle.
The fast pace card game slowed down quite a bit as these people around us looked up at me. Instead of keeping my head low this time I looked up to talk to them, looking directly in there eyes.
"That's it! Show them who is in charge!"
I mentally jumped as a cold and aggressive sounding voice rang through my head. You know how you sometimes talk to yourself in your head? This was like someone was actually in my head talking to me.
I gulped nervously but shook it off, I probably was slipping off my stool due to all those drugs that had been injected in me.
"Everyone remember this gal? Should I do introductions?" Raven said loudly pointing a finger over at little ole me.
"Nah we remember her, nice to see you came back to the land of the living." I smiled a little as that guy from school gently slapped my shoulder, what was his name? Oh yeah Jack. He was still as hot as before but I had seen his girlfriend on the porch so I figured they were still together.
"Glad you've come to join us here." Daniel and Louis both said at once.
I smiled and laughed softly as they began arguing about who was gonna say that first. I leaned back into the grass, my hands resting behind me as I looked around at all the people out here.
I turned my head back to the group of kids I was sitting with when that same red headed guy came up and sat down directly across from me in the large circle I locked eyes with him and his expression molded in this stern look, as if he was judging me.
This horrible uneasiness came over me and I sat up strait to look a little bigger, maybe a bit more confident in myself as well. Although on the inside I was shrunken up like a small cowardly puppy.
"I didn't know she had woke up Raven." he removed his eyes from my gaze to look at Raven instead, I even turned my head to look at her and she seemed to clench her jaw and tense up before talking back to him.
"Sorry. I forgot to send out the message."
Raven hissed out in the lethal way that made my skin crawl. Everyone in the group instantly stopped talking and playing their card game. The tension in this circle had just rose to a new level and everyone shifted away from the two.
"Can I have a word with you in private?" He growled out and Raven simple stood and headed for that big gray looking house. That red headed guy named Alex was following closely behind her and as they walked in the house a older guy with brown and gray hair walked into the house few minutes after they disappeared.
I became pretty concerned when five minutes passed and there was no sign of Raven coming out of the house, everyone else in the group started playing cards again but apparently Jasper noticed my uneasiness.
"She just broke a pack rule, she'll be back in a while."
I turned to look at him and he clearly noticed my brows knitted together in a look of pure confusion he dropped his mouth open to form on almost perfect 'o'.
