"You are aware that you are our only option on defeating your sister, Ashley?" the man sat down on his golden chair. He pushed his crown back into place and open a file he had took out from the shelf at the corner of the room

"Yes, your highness." I said, I have no idea how am I going to defeat my sister but even the king is depending on me. I don't even know how to fight or hold a knife properly.

"Don't worry, Ashley. I will assign you some classes with the soldiers, Ryder can also teach you some moves." he turned to Ryder, seated behind me. Man, the king can read minds...

"You know what else I can do?" he asked as he raised his hand, pointed at Ryder, and Ryder started to float up into the air. Cool.

"As you know, my son can read minds too." he said as he looked towards Ryder. Son? Ryder? The son of the king? Wait that makes him prince.

"Well, the secret is reveal," the young prince shrugged with a smile sheepishly.

Suddenly, the door of the meeting room swung open. "Your highness, sorry for the interruption but 'Flowers' was attacked by Cheshire Cat yesterday, there are only a few who survive." the boy reported.

Ryder quickly flew out of the room and I ran after him. I turned back and saw the king seated there,"Oh sorry, your highness, did you want to say more?" I asked as I walked back into the room.

He gave me a warm smile and shook. "You can leave now." I nodded and chased after Ryder.

A small group of people walked into the castle, some hurt, some injured. They barely escaped the Cheshire Cat and the other killer at the restaurant. I looked around, trying to find the ruby eyed girl, but then, I couldn't. A woman stumbled out of the group and pulled my shirt.

"My daughter! She's still I'm that restaurant! Please save her!" she plead as she clenched onto my shirt. She cried as sadness and fear took over her. I didn't know how to deal with people crying. I looked over to Ryder and signal that I needed help.

"Ms, our soldiers are travelling into the portal right this minute." he said as he pulled the woman's hand away from my shirt. "I'm sure your daughter is alive, I know it."

So much hope, believing everything will be alright, but it's not. He glared towards me and I looked away.

More people rushed over to help them. Soon, there was a crowd of people at the entrance of the castle. I managed to squeeze out of the crowd with Ryder and Jay.

"Well, now we know how close Cheshire Cat is.. " Ryder placed his hands on his chin. "I guess you know what it means.." he said it as if I knew what is means. And I don't.

"And what does it mean?"

"It's means a fight is coming up, dummy." Jay giggled as he walked backwards, not seeing where he is going.

"Not just any fight, since she knows that you are the only one capable in killing her, she's coming after you and she is prepared." Ryder explained as he looked towards Jay, just in time to see what his stupidity had in plan.
"Ouch"

He bumped into a girl about as tall as me, dragon wings sticking out of her back. Oh. It's Seline. Her dark brown hair was now tied into two ponytails. "Hey! Watch it! I'll rip of your eyes if you're not using it. " she warned Jay as she stuck out her index finger pointing at he's eyes, showing her long fingernails.

She turned towards Ryder and her expression changed. "oh hi~" she waved, her operated voice had turned into a sweet and innocent type. I rolled my eyes. Ugh. A smirk started to form on Ryder's face as he read my thoughts. She noticed me rolling my eyes and shot me a murderous glare. I guess I know what type of shit I'll be dealing with.
