Chapter 28

Erumi's Pov

"Aren't you rather young to be a killer?" he asked. It was my only choice on living but I had to admit, playtime was fun. I kept quite.

I tighten the lose belt I wore on my waist. It was still quite lose though since it wasn't suitable for my age. I mean it's not everyday you'll see a 7 year old running around with a dagger killing people. Some 7 year olds can'teven colour in the line and I'm here killing people. Some only.

"Oh, so you're 7," he said as his grip loosen from the sword. I raised an eyebrow but he couldn't see since my mask covered my whole face, unlike Allison or her sister l, their mask only covered the top or bottom half of their face.

"Don't hold back even though I'm a kid, I'll break you." I gritted my teeth, noticed that he seemed rather relaxed. The brown haired boy just shrugged. Oh, you are getting me on my bad side.

"Try me," the brown haired boy rushed towards me, sword in his hand. He dipped and weaved his sword as he was about to reach me and slashed downwards with the sword. I was about half his height so he had the advantage, but height didn't mattered.

The brown haired boy, you know what? I'm tired of calling him brown haired boy, so, uh, let's just call him Bob.

I partied with one of my daggers and the blades clashed against each other, making a 'cling' sound sound sending sparks flying into the air. I multiplied myself, each one holding a dagger.

Bob looked at each carefully and smiled, reached for a small blade that hanged on his belt and threw towards the house, where I was hiding. I bent backwards and caught the small blade even though it didn't hit me. I ran towards him, the blade in my hand, he held his sword up, ready to fight whatever was coming.

I tossed my blade at Bob and disappeared, he, of course, used his sword to block it. I appeared behind him, ready to stab him from behind.

"I see you.." he turned around and hit me to the ground. I disappeared again as he thrust his sword down, hoping it would hit me.

"Seline!"

He shouted at the girl that just landed, his face lit up and his eyes full of joy. Ugh. If it's love, I'm gonna puke. The girl who seems to be called Seline waved back happily. Her wings fold up and her tail swept the dirty floor.

I used this opportunity and punched him in the face as he was expecting a blade, stunning him for a brief moment. The quick blow had opened Bob up for another attack and I it, putting a simple sidekick into the swordsman stomach, causing him to tumble back, almost falling. I followed with a quick rising uppercut but he managed to dodge. I disappeared as he took out his sword and tried stabbing me in the back.

Slowly bringing his leg back, Bob out his weight on it and pushed. He send himself flying through the sky. With nothing on his back, he floating in thin air, no wings.

It would be funny if you add a propeller on top, it reminded me off Doraemon. I shook that thought off and slapped myself lightly. This isn't the time to think of this kind of stuff.

Suddenly, a loud, incessant sound pierced through my ears. I fell on my knees and covered my ears, hoping the sound would stop, but it didn't. Bob was still flying, but he was covering his ears.

You might ask, why won't he fly away? And my answer to your question how the hell would I know? Go ask Bob yourself. I tried to move my body, but the sound wave kept pushing me back. I turned my head and saw the Seline girl opening her mouth, making the shrill noise. I reached for my dagger as I noticed she slowly walked towards X, still screaming. She raised her hand and stabbed her long, sharp fingernails into X's arm. I tried to scream but her voice just covers mine. I disappeared and appeared behind the Seline girl, stabbing her tail.

My disappearing and reappearing powers are something like teleportation, but short distance type. How far I can teleport depends on how far I can see.

She yelped and the noise finally stopped. I noticed that Allison and her sister didn't move a muscle, they stood there, face to face, but neither were they trying to cover their ears like us.

I quickly ran to X as she clenched onto her injured arm.

"Are you okay?" I asked her as I used my dagger to cut a small piece cloth from my clothes and gave it to her. She ruffled my black and purple hair and took the cloth, wrapping it around her arm.

Bob flew towards a navy blue haired boy that was groaning in pain. He helped him up and the blue haired boy steadied himself. Let's call the blue haired boy Steve. Yeah. Bob and Steve.

Bob glared towards me, "My name isn't Bob." he said as his two feet touched the ground. I rolled my eyes and got in to position next to X who adjusted her flower again.

X gave me a signal and ran towards Steve. I multiplied myself and the real me disappearing, appearing from behind Steve.

"Behind you!" Bob screamed, warning his friend to turn around, and which he did. He slammed me down onto the rocky floor. I couldn't feel any pain, my body was numb.

X jumped and wrapped her feet around Bob's neck, she leaned down, throwing him up. During the throw, X planted her hands into the ground, kicking Bob with her feet. When she completed her attack.

We soon were standing back to back, it was 3 against 2 since the Seline girl had come and joined the fight.

I was to engrossed with my opponents and didn't noticed something flying towards me. I looked to my left and saw a dagger heading straight towards X and I. My limbs were frozen, none of them seems to be responding. X didn't move too. Was she scared? My eyes widen and then shut as quick as I could, I didn't want to die now.

"No!"
